I am not a big fan of ergo handles on DBs. These are a good price for Rogue, but they are the same DB as any other company with a similar design. If I did not get them for the deal I did I would not have picked them up. They do feel fine and work without issue. I am just not a fan of the design for the cost from Rogue.

This is one of the first pieces that Rep took the mold and kept it affordable, but improved it for what most lifters at a home gym want. The ergo handles are not something I hear most gym owners wanting. Putting in the effort to switch that makes these a great affordable option for fixed DBs.

There are not many 10' DL bars that you can buy for your home gym. This one is great quality and provides that bend that we all want to replicate that we see on the Arnold stage when they pull on the elephant bar. The price and shipping make this a hard one to justify the buy, but that isn't different when compared to any other bar in this class. I am not a fan of a coating on the bar, but I don't find it takes away from my grip since I use straps on strongman DL.

These are a whole other beast as compared to a monster CDB or normal flat/open ended CDB. The sphere makes positioning on your shoulder very difficult. It is such a cool looking piece, but be ready for a challenge. Changing out weight is a bit of a pain, but not that bad.

This is up there with my favorite GHD. No not GHR. It is solid and the pad feels great. Adjustment isn't something you will do much in a home gym, but if you do need to adjust, it is very easy on here. The pad angle and distance from the knee just feels great.

I am a big fan of AbMat, but these are a niche product for sure. For my training I have not found them that great to work in or to add them to the gym. I have used them several times with others who do program them in. it does provide a great way to mechanically drop set or increase difficulty. I don't find myself leaning into that type of training so I don't see them as something worth the cost to me.

I prefer plate mates over these, but these are the next best if you have a non metal DB or if the head of your DB is not flat. Easy to put on, but sturdy once on. Not hard to take off, but you have to intend to take them off for them to come off. All great things to add a lot of in-between weights for your DBs

This was my favorite SSB till Rep came out with theirs. The angles an pad on this will feel great for anyone. They often have sales on this so just wait for one of those before you buy. The titan bar is a copy cat of this. I am not big on supporting something that on the nose of a copy, but to each their own.
