I hunted in the used market for this rower for 3 years to get it at a good price. Well worth the wait. It’s that good. I don’t think it’s over priced, I just didn’t have the budget for a new one. I have also used the rogue echo rower and it feels very similar. It also has some newer features, but the reliability and customer service for C2 is tough to beat. Also amazing resale value if you change your mind.

I like to do jump ropes as an easy warm up sometimes and these are great for that. A more traditional speed rope is more technical in use and I find a bit less forgiving if you’re going at a slower pace. That being said… this thing is crazy expensive. Yes the knurling hand heavy handles feel great, but over $130 is a price point I don’t recommend for anyone. I got it used for like $20 so ya at that price or similar it’s awesome, but I’m sure there is a heavy rope out there cheaper, but just isn’t as premium. Which I think it preferable to save some money.

This sled is fine, but I’m not a big fan. This is the sled I could fit in my gym that still had push and pull capability. It is more susceptible to being pulled off your intended path as compared to a more traditional sled. That makes uneven driveways/sidewalks/roads a bit of a pain. I end up pushing more with my right or left side depending on conditions. Not that this is perfect with a different sled, but in my experience this one is a bit more impacted by slope. If you’re area is flat or smoother then this is a great value and space saving option!

I love this thing. It reinforces the intended hinge for a KB swing. You get feedback if you’re doing it wrong because the handle to weight will get out of sync. You do have to buy into the power pin echo system, but anything from MBPC is top quality. The swing handle and power pin are a great value and lower cost item to get to own a piece of MBPC in your gym.

Full disclosure, I only have the 1KG KB, which they do still sell! It is a fun decoration in the gym. Great for forced perspective photos or with your kids and pets. In all seriousness, I have used their more typical weight KBs and they feel like any other. They are nice, but nothing special. Most companies are just labeling KBs from the same factory so pick the one with the best price or that has the color/ logo you like.

Full disclosure, I only have 1 pair of 5s, but I have used these dumbbells in a commercial gym on several occasions. They really are great. Way way way over budget for nearly everyone, but they feel like a nice pair of commercial dumbbells (which at their price point that’s basically what they are). My recommendation is get the pair of 5s and then get the Rep X Pepin Fast Series Dumbbells.

I will keep this to the point. If you have a home gym and don’t have barn sized space dedicated for your gym, these are the dumbbells for you. Anything else you have is just a holding spot for these. They feel like a fixed dumbbell, have an incredibly nice handle, faster than any other weight change method, and can be banged around and work the exact same. I do hear some complaints of the hand cage being tight for larger hands and others don’t like the slight rattling when you move them up and down. I think most people have hands that will fit easily and the sound is not noticeable unless you are thinking about it. GET THEM!

At the time of writing this, the 1.0 has been phased out and the 2.0 is in. I have used both and though the 2.0 is great, I believe the 1.0 to still be an amazing AB. Well worth picking up if you find it on FBMP for a good deal. I do think the ability to add a leg rolller makes the 2.0 functionally better, but not necessarily at being a bench. Something both share is the LONG top pad. If you’re under 6’ you likely can use the top pad as its own flat bench and you don’t even touch the gap or seat. That was a big plus for me. Rep pad firmness and grip is just amazing and that is true for this pad as well. Newer benches have polished up issues with wobble and making it compatible with other add on products, but this bench is still a solid pick.
