Not a big fan of this for a home gym. Takes up a crazy amount of space, awkward to setup and move, and nearly impossible to store. When not in use it’ll just be on your floor or will have an odd semi permanent space on your rack. I’d go with the Darko thresher pad over this. I will say this is great in a commercial setting with lots of space.

The pad inside this ruins these for me. It makes a fine product feel cheap and it gets gross over time. Do yourself a favor and go with the BFAS instead.

This truly does feel amazing. Ab mat makes a pad that makes the roll out more comfortable. I am not sure who could justify the price for a home gym, especially since you need someone else to roll you out. If you have that setup then this is a great tool for recovery and addressing pains. As always, if DT made it then it is 5 STARS!

I am not sure the place this has in a home gym unless you are using bands. Even then there seems to be better options. The pad is fine, but not great. If you are this dedicated to bench, I am assuming you do PL and at that point you may be better off looking at a combo rack. If this is at a commercial gym I can see a place for it, but I haven't noticed many advantages over this style of bench.

These are great. I do think that these are third in line for the “bells” to get (DB, KB, then FB). The feel of the hand in the center of mass is unique. My best description is that it is more comfortable on the wrist and shoulder. These are expensive and having a whole set for use could be difficult to fit in a home gym. May be better for commercial gyms or large home gyms. There is nothing else out there like it, so for that it is in a league of its own. 5 stars.

Like a mini barbell. These feel great. As a loadable DB it is one of the best you can get, but as an option for a DB, I would not recommend. Something with a more convenient weight change system is the way you should go. It is hard to get yourself to pay that much more, but trust me that waiting and saving up is very much worth it. Using these as your DBs will be a pain and will result in you doing very little DB work due to how long it takes to change weight.

I am less of a fan of this style of med ball. The ab mat ball feel is a bit better IMO due to the material, durability, and bounce. These can fray over long term use at the seams. The size is larger which is nice. For a home gym use these are just fine, but id still say go with abmat unless you are needing a heavier ball.

These feel amazing and are a pleasure to get to lift on. Pricy and can be tough to maintain if not in the right conditions so having a place to play around them is what I would recommend to most. It does have a unique feel on the chest with how it rolls. The balance on the ones I have used have been great. Slater doesn’t tend to have a crazy issue with them being off balance.
