Tried and true for dips. The angle and quality will meet your needs. I will say after using specialty ones like the UDA, I’d have a hard time going basic with my dip attachment. Mostly because it does one thing and I have multiple uses for the handles with my UDA. If you want to save money and want to do dips, this will work, but at that point go with whichever brand that does the same thing but cheaper (rep or titan). It is large and difficult to store.

This does run into the Rogue issue of some products of giving you too much choice and not making 1 product that is optimized. The Kleva (original) version would be the way I go with this type of attachment. That all said, this is very well made and the materials feels like a barbell that got made into a row attachment. I do find the size to be a bit big and prefer the mid to narrow grips. Anything wide and I am more comfortable with something that is not neutral grips. Could just be my preference though.

Solid build quality with a good powder coating that helps with cleans. Not a big fan of the larger handles, but same may like them. Once you get in this price range I prefer MBPC, but this works great for a log.

These are a more affordable way to get the ivanko style plates that these are copying. Rep also does a similar plate, but the circle holes it better. I think these plates are super cool looking and the holes make very convenient handles. I have been tempted several times to switch to these as my daily drivers. I am not a big fan of the color and Ivanko has a brass hit to them and that looks much better IMO. Black in these would be cool.

This thing is nuts. Very cool and awesome design. I have a MM UDA and I do think that is better in most ways. Rogue has made something that can be moved, but is so overbuilt and big that it is very hard to move around and adjust. The angle handles is cool, but then you cant have multiple uses for the handles (like with the MM UDA). It looks cool and you should give it a try sometime, but I see no good reason to get this over the MM UDA.

These are fine spotters, but how hard they are to adjust is SUCH A PAIN. if you get these then also get the adaptor kit to pop out the side so you can adjust easier. Another option is get the ML and then buy 4 of the ⅝” to 1” adaptors on amazon. A bit pricey of an addition, but not a bad way to address it. The only problem I see there is more metal on metal contact.

This is a great minimal plate carrier that will pair well for weighted dips and pull ups. I do think if you want to do the Murph that you would want a bit more padding so the 5.11 trainer may be a better go to.

Very convenient and can fit a range of flat benches. Anything that could hook on the lip could also hang here, but generally keep it to your flat bench. Secure it well in you wall and you could hang a lot of weight off this.
