I really liked this as an add on for my squat stands. Was good for pull ups and also linked the stand a bit more securely. It was great for that minimal setup.

I am a big fan of these for hatfield squats. The cover material is fine and comfortable as your hand shifts during the squat or other movement. These also easily store away when not in use.

I have both the new foam design and the old traditional design. Both work great and are the gold standard for abmats. I do find this does actually help your low back and keeping in good position for crunches and sit-ups. Can also be used as a head pad for handstand pushups.

Cloth bands work better for hip work In my experience. They will stay on your legs better than these and wont pull hair. These have become how I keep my weight from rolling in a sloped garage.

I am not a fan of these. One of the main draws of a camber bar is where you can put your hands. This puts the hold way to far out to use correctly. It does drop the weight to middle mass which can be a balance challenge, but I don’t find that to be the main reason I would turn to a camber bar. These are fun, but don't think of it as getting these to replace a camber car. Also if you put it on a barbell then the weight will sway with the rotation of the sleeve. You can put on an axle to assist with that.

This can support more weight than they list it at. IDK how much more, but I have done pull ups on it just fine. It can be nice to have as a quick side mount for additional slots for pull ups. Now for its intended purpose… it will be a moral pull up bar.

⅝” racks can be difficult to have a single post roller due to the metal not being thick enough to take a high load. That being said, this does work well, but setting it like a j cup is a bit of a pain at times. Bremmy makes a ⅝” roller that is single post. I would recommend that unless you need one that can support a lot of weight (more than your knees pushing up on a pull down or your offset weight for a split squat with BW.
