I love this machine. The arms glide. The stretch feel amazing. If I had the space for a dedicated machine like this, I would love to have one.

This was my first squat rack. I bought it when I was trying to decide if I wanted a home gym or not. You get what you pay for and this rack is no different. However, if you're someone just looking for an inexpensive rack, you won't go wrong with this one. It was easy to assemble and I used it for 3 years until I gave it to a friend who is still using it to this day. Be careful if you want to add J-cups (which you will). You'll need to pay attention to the size. Also, the safety arms are terrible. They work, but they suck to move and are insanely loud when you're moving them.

I did not care for this leg curl/ext at all. I used it at a friend's gym and it took a lot of work to get a good strength curve on it. For a few hundred dollars more you can get a much better plate loaded option. If you find one cheap, give it a shot, but if you're buying new save your money and get the GMWD le08 2.0

This is a great product from a great company. I like how mine have broken in over time. These handles are going to last forever.

Not a bad little sled. The paint is going to chip immediately, but that's to be expected. You'll likely want to upgrade the included strap, but this gets the job done. It pivots easily, holds plates, and slide. That's what I was looking for out of a sled when I purchased this. I do not like the locking mechanism to keep the peg vertical. It can be a little difficult. You can see where corners were cut to keep cost down.

I like Powerblocks, but I understand the detractors. People complain about the cage and I guess if you have massive hands that could be an issue, but it's never been a challenge for me. I think people don't like the aesthetic, which I guess is fair. I've had mine for about 6 years and I've bought the expansion packs up to 90lbs. They are a little oversized when you get that heavy with them, but I would imagine most adjustable db's are that way. I know these have gone out of favor due to some recent additions to the market, but Powerblocks have been around for decades for a reason. They're tough, durable, and affordable. I don't drop mine. Sometimes, my second expansion pack with stick, but it's a minor inconvenience.

Take care of your barbells and they will take care of you. This is a small investment to get the best brush on the market. It's a family owned business with excellent customer service.

My favorite powerbar I've used. I switched from a Rogue Ohio Powerbar to this and it instantly became my daily driver. It's great for pressing and pulling movements. The knurl feels great. It's sharp without being over the top about it. I cannot imagine getting away from this barbell for regular movements.
