Requires more maintenance than a coated bar but I'm finding a way to be in the gym all the time anyway, even when I'm not actually lifting. The knurling is great. I've had no issues whatsoever with mine other than a light patina from the days I had it in a garage instead of my current basement gym. As long as you oil it and clean it regularly, it will give you a better knurling than a coated bar and is significantly cheaper than a stainless steel one.

I like the bike, the classes are pretty fun but the membership cost is way too high. I've nearly canceled many times, but am sticking around, for now. The display's capabilities get pretty nerfed if you keep it just as a bike with no membership.

These have more "slack" in them than most other brands seem to have in their safety straps, but its easy enough to position, inexpensive, and I feel safe under them during bench press. I've failed on pretty high weight and was easily able to roll the bar up and get out from under the bar once I got the straps positioned right, no issues at all there.

I wanted to really like these, but they are just ok in my opinion. The concept behind them is awesome, the quickslide looks like it would make it easy to quickly adjust positioning on the outside of my rack (doesn't fit inside of my 24" rack). That said, in practice I find I don't move them enough in a single workout to really justify the quickslide mechanism (thats a me thing), but I also dont find the mechanism to move and lock quite as easily as I would have expected based on the design. It takes enough fiddling that if I had to do it over, I would just buy normal safety spotters that flip down or use a hitch pin. I was also semi-rough on them my first session and accidentally took off some paint the very first day when I caught my barbell knurling on the edge. It is coated with PVC/UHMW, but i was able to catch it at an angle where I really took out a chunk of the paint from the edge next to the pvc, so I'm not sure about the design/build quality. I'll keep them as they work just fine, but there are probably better options and I think I'd use the quickslide feature much more for j-cups than for the spotter arms.

Its a dip attachment, not flashy, but it works. I do wish it had uhmw lining, so I ended up putting some uhmw tape on the inside of mine as my rack seems particularly prone to scratching.

The main reason I bought these is to give myself a little bit extra overhead clearance in supinated pull ups, my ceiling height is low and this drops me low enough that in my configuration I can avoid hitting the ductwork above my head. That said, I do quite like how these feel, I expected it to not really feel any different than a chin up but the angle does help me isolate my lats slightly more. I also expected that they would feel sort of flimsy, but they are so solid for being made out of polymer, I would have no concerns using these as handles if I were trying to do some sort of pull variant on a barbell with heavy weight.

A little spendy for a curl bar. You do get what you pay for, it is well built. The knurling is a bit on the passive side but feels very nice, sleeves rotate with ease, and the coating on mine has held up well, though it doesn't get daily use.

I bought some 45s from the boneyard, so take what I'm going to say about build quality with a grain of salt: These get marred very easily. Otherwise, its a classic style, the wide lip allows easy grip and removal from plate trees and the bar. I am personally at a stage where I'd prefer to get plates that are a bit thinner, so I'm going to be pivoting to Strength Co plates to give me similar ease in grip, but with a better coating and thinner profile. That being said you wont go wrong picking these up, most of my gripes are minor and you'll still get strong using them
