It’s heavy but solid. I think this is my least used attachment tbh. I think there are better lat bars for a lower price.

I like the grip spacing and angles. Very comfortable for me. Build quality is ok. Not Rep or Rogue but 100% usable. Not a fan of the plastic end caps, makes it look cheap. Other than looks, it performs terrificly. Like it for benches for a different stretch.

Snagged a new in box set of these on marketplace and love them. I have had zero issues with them. I was afraid I wasnt going to like the full cage design but it does not effect and mvements or training I do. Would recommend for anyone wanting an affordable& durable adjustable set.

Snagged on many recommendations from the group and very glad I did. This is my go to bar now. Great knurling, finish and build is perfect. I see this lasting longer than me!!
