I bought these for a set of adjustable dumbbells (Bowflex at the time), they didn't work on those because of the plastic shell. I upgraded to MX Select dumbbells, they work on them just fine, although I have found that I prefer to use the micro gainz fractional weights, so don't tend to use them. These now sit on my rack, if I ever need to increase a big lift by 2.5 lbs, I'm happy to have that option, although I haven't needed them yet. The one thing I would say in this review is that if you're going to use these on dumbbells, think very carefully about where they'll stick, you need a big flat metal face, and if you don't have that, these will be ineffective.

Awesome attachment. Clever design that lets it function as three different grips, extremely overbuilt in a good way. I think overall though, my favorite thing about this is the knurling. It's extremely grippy without being unnecessarily sharp. Really love this attachment.

I lose focus easily, and found whenever I used a standalone wrist roller, I would end up paying far too much attention to my biceps and shoulders. I decided to pick up an inexpensive rack mounted wrist roller so I could take those things out of the equation, and really focus on making my forearms miserable. This works great. I mean, there's not much to it, it rolls and has a fabric strap you can attach weights to. The knurling is satisfyingly grippy, and it's not too pricy.

I got this with my belt squat, and weirdly I ended up using it way more than the actual belt squat. It's a handle you can attach to a rack, and it has a couple of eye hooks on it so you can attach things to it. I find that if I'm doing anything where I might want to stabilize myself, I'll just pop this handle on my rack as a convenient way of doing that. Build quality is low, and I wouldn't load it with any weight, but as something to grab and stabilize yourself it's weirdly effective.

It's a seat you can attach to a rack. I got this when I was using the Revolt pulley system, I no longer do, but this seat persists in my gym as a drink holder. The quality is what you would expect from the price. It's not premium, but it'll hold up well, and is solid. Other than that, there isn't much for it to do, it's a seat.

Fine bar, I never use it though. I bought this to fill two gaps: 1. There is little space between my rack and the wall, so I wanted a bar with shorter loading pins so I could fit past, and 2. I wanted to be able to do seal rows in a confined space. Ultimately I bought roller J Cups for my rack so can now shove a full size bar out of the way, and learned I needed a cambered bar to be able to get good ROM on the seal rows with my chest support. This is probably going back onto the Facebook Marketplace at some point, not because it's bad, just because it's bad for me. Knurling is quite passive, the loading sleeves spin, but not super much. I'd give the build quality of this an "it's OK"

I love Spud Inc. stuff, it's just uniformly the most overbuilt, comfortable stuff in my gym. I don't know where they source their fabric, but it's soft, comfortable and overwhelmingly strong. I don't use these super frequently, but even if I did, I believe they would outlast me.

Why did I buy this? I have 5 spots on my barbell wall, and this was the first thing I decided to get. Did I really think I would use the bar? I never used an ez curl bar in a commercial gym, but when I built my own gym, my genius brain said "this is the first thing you should buy, buddy". I guess it works?
