All of they have the lug, all kilo plates are the same. These are expensive but are what is expected. I got a good deal from a buddy. If I had to just buy them I would probably look at Xmaster.

Decent price and all but since there is only one sets of holes per side, if you wall mount you may not be able to hit a stud. Provided anchors dry walls anchors haven’t failed on the one side but does make me a little nervous.

Price is great. Lion design is sick. Dual hole to make it so you can actually mount into studs. Great product.

For anyone who truly appreciates history, this is the bar. Back when,”WE USE TO BE A PROPER COUNTRY”, a power bar was 28.5mm with mountain knurl and big collars. None of this communist 29mm, volcano knurl, and thin collar BS. In my completely incorrect opinion , the Ohio bar power is a passive knurl and people who say otherwise should be ashamed to call themselves knurling enthusiasts. But what do I know, I just have great opinions and real man callouses. Don’t buy an Ohio power bar get this and you can hear Buddy Caps cheering on your lifts. Docked points for the cerakote on mine being a bit inconsistent.

It is as advertised. Super cool. Knurling feels great. Heavy as hell. I which the brackets off the mug where the handle connects was rounded a bit more. Price is hefty for the novelty. The biggest thing about these mugs that most people don’t say is the fundamental scientific issues. This thing is a giant heat sink. What ever liquid you put in it will go to ambient temperature very quickly

These are awful to try and load dumbbells on. The branded ones had a strap to attach to the dumbbell so you could load them on the bar attached to the dumbell. Without you have to awkwardly load the dumbell onto the hanging hook. The unrack feels awkward as hell. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I have a PR5000 rack and this thing doesn’t fit on it well. If you want to add stability training to your dips, this will do it. I tried adding UMHW tape but it doesn’t work well and doesn’t stay. Plus a product built for a specific ecosystem should fit flawlessly on its intended ecosystem. This is not the dip attachment you are looking for.
