This is certainly a premium option and I significant upgrade over the rubber handles that came with my AbCore machine. It was a constant struggle to keep the rubber handles from just sliding off. These stay put with a few set screws and are much grippier as well. My only nitpick is that the knurling (which is REALLY done well) is maybe a bit more aggressive than I’d maybe choose. How everything, these are a HUGE upgrade over the original handles!

I upgraded from a Rogue Monster Squat Stand which was fine but that was obviously less stable and was far less versatile. I bolted this bad body to the ground and it’s sturdy as can be! This is a great rack but if I had to do it all over again, honestly, I’d probably go with the Rogue Monster version just for even greater attachment options. For example, you can’t get ultra low profile spotter arms for 5/8 homes that I’ve seen.

The only real knocks on these is maybe that they are not the easiest to handle as the edges are so straight and it seems pretty easy to chip them.
