These are some of the most useful things in my gym. I never used to do much dumbbell pressing because the process of getting them into position always felt very dicey and unsafe, especially when going heavy (or as heavy as I could go, anyway.) Now, there's definitely a learning process to using the dumbbell hooks and you need to dial in the right height well, but once I got the hang of them, I really started appreciating them. Build quality could be better though, the paint chips off pretty fast.

Perfection. The knurling is just the right amount of grippy, the stainless steel means this bar will outlast me, all at a very reasonable price point. Easily the best bar I've ever tried. Unless you're specifically into Olympic weightlifting, this is probably the best all-around bar for the average home gym.

This was my first barbell and in retrospect investing in a proper power bar would have been a better use of my money, but this is still a great bar. The knurling is excellent if a bit passive, machining is well done, the sleeves spin well (especially for bushings), only the black zinc comes off over time but that's to be expected. The lack of a center knurling is a bit annoying for back squats but nice for front squats, so it evens out.

Basically indestructible, good build quality, no tendency to tip over, all I could ever want from a calf block.

It's a basic ab wheel with no bells and whistles. Rolling action is smooth, the handles have a little bit of padding for comfort, it's cheap, there's really not much to say about it. It does the job.

I don't really use this for hip thrusts, I mainly use it as a leg roller for split squats and as a headrest for bent-over rows, and it has done the job just fine for these. The few times I've tried it on hip thrusts, it worked perfectly well for those as well, definitely the most comfortable pad I've tried. Seems pretty durable overall as well.

Very solid piece. The build quality overall is great, nice powdercoat, good padding, no wobble even when using a decent amount of weight on hyperextensions. The pushup handles are a bit of an unnecessary afterthought, but they work in a pinch as an attachment point for banded hyperextensions (not super well though, you can tell they weren't designed for it.) The one thing that could be both a pro or a con is that the height adjustment is continuous without defined steps - on one hand, it allows for very detailed adjustments, on the other hand dialling in the right height quickly if you adjust it often can be a bit finicky. Since I pretty much always keep the height the same, this is no problem, but if you use this piece with different people, this might be annoying.

They're alright. Same generic design that you can get from pretty much any manufacturer, amazon etc etc. That being said, they have held up exceptionally well over the eight or nine years I've had mine, they still work just fine - surprising, considering the plastic looks and feels a bit flimsy. As a cheap beater collar, they do the job well enough - there are others that grip the bar a bit more tightly, but for most applications, I've not run into issues.
