I use this for tons of things, it’s a great lat pull down seat , I also use it upside down and tilted towards the ground as a back support for river work, really excellent quality and design

I replaced my V7 with this when it was released, I’d say the upgrade is there but not worth the price difference. Vinyl is unimproved, the rotating handles are cool but I almost always use a neutral grip, decline doesn’t work and if you have long arms the range of motion will be slightly limited

Does the trick for quick easy pulley magic, smooth bearing

Great plates, I love the grips, really satisfying how they interlock and they don’t take up as much space on the bar as standard bumpers. There is almost no bounce dropping a deadlift onto horse stall mats

I love this bar, I got the stainless version. Most aggressive knurl I’ve used personally. Not super whippy, I can’t think of a way to improve it.

I bought this in the hopes that it would be a thinner version of the bench wedge unfortunately the Velcro strap isn’t long enough to secure it to a REP nighthawk which limits its uses. Well made though and I find a use occasionally.

Extremely light weight, feels rigid, works well but isn’t extremely grippy especially with the rotation, if you’re pulling I chalk up or use grips

This thing does as advertised, I hang it on a hook on the wall out of the way, it slides pretty well, seems fairly durable and pairs well with the rowing function of the Voltra
