This thing looks “infomercial-ish” at first glance, but it’s so NOT. It is very well made, easy to adjust tension levels and blasts your groin, hip adductors, abductors and glutes. Hits areas that don’t always get the attention that they need. Great as warm-up and finisher exercises on leg day. I didn’t opt for the upright handle because I’ll just use my rack and some Oak Club Campbell handles for the movements that are aided by stabilizing yourself. Stores nicely

This is really well made and great to check baseline, track progress, and train for grip strength symmetry. My left hand is slightly weaker by about 12lbs, which makes sense since my right hand is my masturbating hand 😝. My Death Strong Guillotine Grip has been conditioning me well. Haven’t messed around with this too long, so I can’t attest to its durability. I would love to exceed 290 lbs.

I love these for use if I ever get a flare up (elbows, knees, wrists or ankles) or post intense WOD. I got two sets for arms because when I had a more persistent episode of lateral epicondylitis, the sleeves would get warm after about 15 minutes, and I wanted a full 30 -45 on. So you can use one set, have the second as immediate replacement, and then have first set used back in freezer so it’s ready for round 3. These have also been used over the past few years by my boys during football and basketball seasons. My arm sleeves worked as knee sleeves for my 11 yo and also as ankle sleeves for my 15yo 😝

Inexpensive and durable. Great way to allow for stretches solo, that would otherwise require a partner to be present to get full benefits. This has lasted me for 6 years and looks like I just bought it today. Was previously branded “ZIN” now it’s CTRL.

For $610 (which would include all of the massage roller designs) the cost seems high. But in reality for a spinal decompression unit that offers heat as well as massage these types of tables can be very costly so this unit is actually pretty reasonably priced. Everyone’s choice of rollers will be specific, but I have two in particular that I seem to utilize all the time the unit is compact and slides, neatly under my bed out of sight and I like this location because prior to going to sleep for the evening I do a quick 20 minute massage and decompression session. It has a deep tissue neck massager component as well. I don’t like to use both the neck and spine features simultaneously except if I’m doing a lower lumbar sacral area focused massage then I’ll also do the neck massage. If you have the rollers traveling to your thoracic and cervical area, they lift you off and away from the neck rollers. Best place to find this would be Costco, which sells the whole package at a discounted price.

Prior to ordering I confirmed at Home Gym Con by bringing the Apex pad over to the Ironmaster booth. Indeed it fits (has a slightly smaller insertion stem than the Ironmaster’s receiving hitch/tube) and with the tightening knob provided on the Ironmaster bench, the attachment is rock solid. I had to drill just one hole on the insertion stem of the Apex pad to allow for the pop pin on the Ironmaster bench to engage it. I like the Stryker pad better than the new shoulder press pad that Ironmaster is coming out with and that they had available to try out at HGC. The Stryker Pad’s pad is a little smaller and has more adjustment points and positions/configurations. The vinyl is grippy and almost identical to Ironmaster’s, but just not quite as grippy. The pad is supportive and comfortable. There are numerous height and angle adjustments for the pad. It would be a strong addition if you own the Apex bench for sure. Sturdy and durable. I use it mainly for shoulder press, both with Smith Machine, as well as with Dumbbells. Additionally, it works well for chest supported rear delt flies provided that you position your feet properly forwards to avoid tipping of bench with more significant weights.

Mine is the Theragun Pro second Gen Version 6 is out now. My version is pretty loud, they have improved that significantly now. The Prime line offers just percussive massage, versus the Prime Plus offers the addition of heat. The Pro version also offers the addition of heat and red light therapy. These can become very costly (up to $650) except the “Theragun Relief” coming in at $159. I must say though, mine has proven very durable over these past 5 years. I only use two out of the multiple attachment heads. I purchased a second battery with a battery charging stand. That way it is always ready to go. I percuss both before and after workouts.

100% Tanner-Approved. Finnish brand, and they know their saunas! Small footprint, great efficiency. Ability to add water within unit for adding moisture to air, also small dedicated space for the addition of essential oils. The wall control panel connects to WiFi and unit can be preheated remotely on your way home. Finnleo also makes great self contained whole sauna units as well. US customer support is fantastic as well. Get your external body temp up to 185 degrees for 20 minutes, take a 5 minute break and hydrate, then do another 20 minute sesh and your endogenous GH will surge. Couple times a week and you will feel the difference. Great for cardiovascular health as well.
