This bar was purchased at the height of the pandemic, as a blemish bar. So firstly, I felt lucky to get it. Secondly,I enjoyed a discount (and other than a little scratch on one sleeve, there were no other blemishes that I could discern). As far as the exposed metal feet, I never had issue with those marring up a platform since my deadlift platform has always been 2” rubber tiles. It was between this bar and the Eleiko because I needed a shorter length Trap bar to be able to have ceiling clearance to store it vertically in a barbell holder. The lack of balance with it tipping was never an annoyance to me vs. the properly balanced Eleiko trap bar. I configured this bar with the narrow brackets, one set of stainless steel handles and the other with a set of the rotating handles. I rarely use the rotating ones. Kabuki’s knurl is great on this bar. It is very expensive so the “value” goes down (compare it to the very capable REP open trap bar in cost)

I’m on board with everyone who has reviewed this so far, it’s very inexpensive but yet strong and easy to adjust. Easy to move and position in place and works well for me to perform split squats on my belt squat. Good job Titan 💪🏼

I enjoy using this balance training piece (much more so than my Bosu at the moment). I incorporate it regularly for belt squat marches, single Kb work stepping on and off, split squats holding a pair of KB works very well. It is expensive for a large piece of foam with this thin nylon covering which is like a pair of my PSD briefs, but it has held up now for two years of use without degrading 🤷🏻‍♂️. I think for prehab and rehab of lower extremity injuries is where this would shine even more so.

I have this piece and the Sand Dune Stepper (which I use much more). I think as I get older, balance conditioning plays a greater and greater role. So I see myself incorporating this piece with more interest over the next 5-10 years. With the stepper I do belt squat marches and with both I do split squats holding lighter kettlebells. Also on Sand dune stepper I do single arm clean and press with KBs. I have looked into done workout programs centered entirely around the Bosu, but I am not willing to commit to those just yet. My workout goals are a bit differently aligned right now.

I had this cardio piece right when I stayed to build out my gym because my ceiling were too low to have a Versa Climber. This s far from the cardio challenge of a Versa. I did use it daily, as well as our Peleton, but as my budget expanded and space use expanded I replaced it with several other pieces (Echo Fan Bike, Concept 2 ski erg, Concept 2 Rowerg, Revyll Endless Rope, Technogym SkillMill) This is a very marginal piece and I would suggest you pass it over. It’s not very challenging.

The first box squat box that I owned was from Sorinex and this Rogue one is identical in design. The Sorinex however was a pain in the ads to move around and position in my rack. The Rogue, however, with wheels and a handle made for much easier positioning (where I’m not dreading to use it 😂). Since I’m the only one using it it’s set for my height, so I’m not having to fiddle with raising or lowering it - because in order to do so you have to essentially flip it on its back. This thing is heavy duty.

This is a solid Ab Wheel. It has a wide wheel and having a few abdominal tools in the toolbox is helpful (like Ab Straps) to engage different parts of your core.

Great addition to add variety to your back days while also incorporating grip strength. They loop on quickly and the powder coat finish takes on chalk well. I enjoy cycling them in and am actually used them today coincidentally. They are not expensive at about $80.
