I purchased this instead of just making one because I’m lazy and most of the PVC pipe that is available around me is white. I got two rubber furniture chair leg ends to cap it off. Mine is smooth with no knurling or markings. It helps with warming up and mobility.

This attachment 100% lives up to its name. It truly is Top “S” Tier. I ordered mine with the extra aggressive knurling option. The rotational handles make this piece exceptional. They sit at the perfect angle as well. I consider it a great value (because I don’t mind spending extra on exceptional items and I have curated some of the very best attachments available) but I still take off a couple stars because this is very expensive relatively speaking.

After running through a few Belts for Belt squat I ordered this on a recommendation from a friend. Super glad I did because it fits me perfectly and is uber comfortable. I also looked at the BPF Cloud 9 but that was just ridiculously too big. The Spud Pillow belt doesn’t dig into hips or thighs and its design just works perfectly (for me). It’s a good value as well. I’ve only had it about 5 months so I can’t speak to its durability, but if it’s like other Spud gear, it should last and last and last.

I have to wholeheartedly agree with Bremmy - “ They are insanely strong and look great. Full stainless so you never have to worry about rust”. I got mine to pair with a set of all stainless Rorman Megalith handles on my trolley arms. Couldn’t be happier. Great work, as on all of his offerings!

These spring loaded Monos, compared to the larger, more cumbersome counterweighted hockey stick-styled monolifts are compact and awesome and I hope Rogue picks these up from Chris like some of his other items. They also have the added utility of incorporating rollers. Benching - They are super sweet and took zero getting used to. They allow for a perfect lift off every time and it just seems very natural. Squatting - I had to get used to setting up slightly differently for squat because it felt strange not walking out to set up for squat. Additionally, it is related to clearance for squat. As the bar sits loaded in its “passive” position and it is un-racked from there, I measure just shy of 3” clearance. This necessitates perfect squat form on the rise so as not to accidentally contact front of monos. Which is good to encourage perfect form, but with heavier weight, 500 pounds plus, and pushing towards failure, sometimes I come a few inches forward. So that’s when I have to be very, very careful. I can get a full 5 inches of clearance with the MM, if I adjust setup, and have a bit of a rear motion lift off and If I physically pull arms to the rear, further than their natural place where they want to sit with weight. But it feels a bit awkward getting positioned, probably also due to the fact that these have spring resistance. It is likely that I’m not used to using monos at all, and spring loaded in particular, and I just need to play with them and it will become more natural feeling with time. One thing as far as clearance from another perspective is that there is 48” outer edge of one Snap Back to opposite outer edge of the other on a 41” wide REP rack. Now add 2 more inches in width on a Rogue, which will make the distance of the outer edges of Snap Backs 50” apart. Inner plate edges are 53 3/4” apart from each other on an OPB. So your re-racking clearance for your plates will be 3 3/4” split in half. Can’t say enough good things about these!

The Sorinex wrist roller has the benefit of only taking up 1 hole on your rack vs. the other brands out there that attach like J cups. It comes with a large wing nut that I replaced with a Rogue knurled nut to protect my rack’s powder coat. It is more expensive than its counterparts from Rogue, BOS and Titan for instance. And the wait times can vary from a few weeks to 6-8 weeks. It’s solid and well made and rotates smoothly on brass bushings.

The Criterion Attachment (Modified Gaspari Arm Bar) is a pretty amazing option to own and an “S Tier” attachment. I’ve had it now a several months and did a search on this sub and no one ever mentioned it. It is the most solid attachment that I own, in the sense of its weight. The rotational handles and central swivel piece are buttery smooth and allow for instant repositioning from pronated forearm curls, into hammer curls, right into supinated bicep curls. This makes supersets an easy instantaneous transition. The cons are the cost (so had to drop value to one star since this is $460 shipped) and I imagine the weight would be a con for some (which doesn’t bother me). It’s like 18 pounds. I’m lucky to have been able to order this and have it in my rotation. I owned the Troy curl bar, which is designed exactly like the SBCB -23 attachment, similar principal but different feel. I’ve had my hands on both. This attachment is definitely a much more premium experience. They will both get the job done in the end though. Sort of similar debate between Rogue’s V Bar attachment and Force6 Fitness Tricep Pushdown. It’s like the Rogue is the Jeep Rubicon and the Force6 is like the Mercedes AMG G Wagon. From the owner on his Facebook page… ”I am making a few bars whenever I get the chance. These bars are Chrome plated with Black Cerakote handles. I only have a few Chrome curl bars and attachment bars. When those bars are gone, I may go back to black oxide on the bars but still Cerakote the handles. I wish the price was lower but this is what it takes with today’s steel prices and my labor to manufacture and build them. I’ve been posting and selling on Instagram to the people who contacted me the earliest and making my way forward. Just making small batches as I have time.” It’s a one man show, doing this on the side out of love for the gym community and to carry on his design. For me, that, and USA made makes it worth it.

Clubs are a fantastic adjunct to training shoulders, forearms and grip strength. They are great for prehab/rehab of shoulders. They are fun and portable as well. Adex is to adjustable clubs as Pepin or Ironmaster is to adjustable dumbbells (meaning top quality, super durable, changing weight like the Ironmasters, and saving space from having to otherwise own many separate weighted clubs in a collection) The Adex clubs are of the highest quality and I prefer the Wildman series for the thicker handle. Getting a set of printed inserts is a must too - which allows you to maintain the length of the club while still placing weight at far end of it - as you keep adding on weight towards the handle. 5 stars all around for these.
