This is a fairly well made rack attachment. The foam rollers are comfortable and still firm, the vinyl is nice and grippy. It is easy to position exactly for your height. I had to line the inside of bracket with UHMW tape because there is nothing to protect your rack surface. I paid $375 for it. I sold this when I got the leg attachment for my IM bench.

These are durable and have lasted over 6 years without any defects. They have more of a dead bounce with a durometer reading of 88, which I prefer in my basement. I had the colored V1 too for many years.

As is, this piece is marginally decent. I upgraded the rollers to wider diameter injection molded ones. I also added a longer weight horn and use a 4” weight plate spacer to push the plates further out to get a better resistance curve. I also swapped out the side bolts for some eyebolts and connect my functional trainer to it. With those mods the performance bumps up. I can’t wait for Dialed Motion to release their leg curl compatible with IM bench, but for now, this is the best option available, without buying a stand-alone unit.

I grabbed a pair of these 45lb Deep Dish Plates that were a Nickel Plated Special Edition that Le Master Barbell Company made for a weightlifting meet. This was the only unused pair. I mounted them flanking the TV in my gym purely as decor. I’m unsure how true to weight their full set is. It was these or the Rogue Arnold ones, and the limited edition dick plates won out. Performance for my application got 5 stars.

Love the knurling, love the customizability for length too. Love supporting Chris and a small USA company. They are obviously on my UDA but I also have a pair the has spent some time in my Rogue trolley arms, but now reside on my Powertec Belt squat as added handles to balance for Split squats.

These are basic and I just wanted the wider version. I properly upgraded them with a set of fixed stainless steel knurled handles from JD Gym Equipped. I also lined the inside with UHMW tape to protect the sleeve of my barbell. This is how it should come! That’s why I docked the rating on build quality for just having Vinyl grips and no protective lining.

I have two sets of these, Eleiko Oppen, Titan twist lock Pro, Rogue OSO 2.0, and Prolocs. These are my daily drivers. Have held up for years and years. The OSO ones can be difficult sometimes. I have weight horns sticking out from the sides in front and back of rack to hold collars so I don’t mind that these are not magnetic.

It was between these and the Rogue Six Shooters, and these were a little more unique. I love the holes for very easy one handed loading and unloading and transporting around. They are made very well. I ordered 700lbs worth about 6 years ago, and they have since gone up in price. I also own Rogue Echo Bumpers and ATX calibrated chrome plates. They all get used for different things.
