At $250, this is a bar worth investing in, even if you might already own another curl bar. It’s 35lbs and rackable. It has fairly aggressive knurling carried throughout the bends. It offers three “EZ Curl” positions - wide, normal and narrow grip. The bends are more steep than other typical curl bars as well which offers some differentiation to typical curl bars. For me, the wider grip option and steeper angles compliment my Rogue Cerakote EZ Curl Bar (which I don’t have the rackable version), plus the fact that it’s rackable, make this bar an excellent performer. It’s not super expensive for what it offers.

I have this bar but it is has the added functionality of being reversible. It has the sliding attachments to allow this. I also had JD make it with dual attachment points already incorporated l. That way for pulldowns, I can engage both stacks and I don’t need to utilize any adapter connectors. This also gives me added stretch of about 4” by doing away with adapter. I use this bar more in the Larry Scott inverted orientation because that hits my lats in a different (good way). I know it’s pricey, but this bar’s versatility and the fact that it is SS and knurled aggressively- it makes the premium price worth it.

I have several Kleva pieces from Kleva direct and also via REP and their collab. This plate stabilized floor landmine is direct from Kleva. Steve’s designs and execution are pretty flawless. I own the Rogue Monster 2.0 landmine attached to my rack for use with Pritchett Pad. This floor landmine functions for all my other landmine work. My barbell sleeve is protected and the rotational design is smooth in any direction, no hang-ups. I did have to use some small wedges under the plates that retain the landmine because the base of the Kleva is thick enough to allow for some plate wobble.

So compact, so simple, and an easy and effective way to add and strip plates off of bar. I had the OG first run that was initially sold on Rogue’s website, before they did Steve dirty. That one didn’t have plastic on base nor on handle. I sold that one for more than I paid for it and purchased this updated version for the added comfort of the handle. I also feel like the updated version is more stable. Since the only two places that I don’t carry (CCW), this can always be used by me like an ice pick on a home intruder 😂.

Another top notch piece from Mario at Force6 Fitness. This is the USA made version, which he is bringing all of his manufacturing here. Previously, he would design and test everything here but have in produced overseas. Those versions were top notch in their execution, but to have everything made here is a bonus. I used to have a Steadfast Strong flat Tricep Pushdown bar, but this one is more robust, and beautifully made. Having a few different trap attachments is key, not only to keep things interesting, but to also allow for better isolation of the three heads. Close grip pressing, overhead pulls, pushdowns, supine gripped pushdowns, etc. This piece, his ISO handle and his Tricep rotating V Bar are all top tier and worth a hard look.

These have been around for decades and for good reason. They conserve space, they are relatively quick and easy to change weight (aside from the adder weights) and they should last and last. These proved to be very durable - but not droppable. I modified these with the JD Gym Equipped knurled SS handles and that made them feel awesome in hand. The only reason I sold these was that I couldn’t get past the form factor - the cage. I just wanted to head in the direction of an “open” adjustable dumbbell, that simulate a normal dumbbell form factor.I can certainly highly recommend them as long as you are fine with a caged dumbbell system.

This bar will only be of value to you if you 1. Have Rogue’s Dumbell Bumpers, 2. Need short bar because of space limitations. Those two reasons ere valid for me. It’s exceptionally made - after all it is just a mini Rogue Ohio barbell. It’s cerakoted with the Rogue branding on center of shaft. The sleeve collars are designed to allow the dumbbell bumpers to nest over them to increase the loading space on the already short sleeves. I use it for straight bar curls and curl to underhanded shoulder press movements. I also was using it with my Bulldog pad for chest supported rows because I needed to do them inside my rack and couldn’t use a standard length barbell. It is not rackable.

The C.U.B.B. Does not live up to its name for me personally. Even if this was your only bar, you would be itching to get yourself some additional barbells. This is a good adjunctive barbell. It is impeccably fabricated, which enables it to function in a number of configurations. I purchased the MACK Daddy full modular bar package. Where I have both long and short sleeves, can make it rackable, and can configure it just as and cable attachment. It’s interesting for bench press to incorporate a rotational resistance movement on the concentric phase. Curls are also nice with the CUBB. I’ve never used it as just a cable attachment. I currently have it configured in its shortest variant and use it for Arnold OH shoulder presses. That is the movement that is absolutely exceptional with this bar. The sleeve collars happen to fit exactly with my Rogue Dumbbell bumper recessed sleeve (as if they were designed to do so and mimic the exact fit like on the actual Rogue C-60B dumbbell bar). I have all the different levels of resistance bands and I thought 3 sets of backups because that’s the only thing that will wear over time. The supplied bands haven’t worn down yet but I still got several backups in case this company doesn’t survive. The precision components and the durability of the components are amazing. This comes from the company having a background outside of the gym equipment community (I think automotive?). Couple of wishes - wish that the grips had a knurling option, - wish bar was all black without the neon green (unless I had a gym equipped with all Prime Fitness pieces)
