Nicely fabricated trolley arm adapters for the Rogue LT-1 50 Cal Monster Trolley and Lever Arm System. They are made by GymPin in collaboration with a gym influencer I care not to name at this point and they are branded with both GymPin and “K_____”. His sticker was easy to remove fortunately. These adapters really offer a lot for those using Rogue Lever arms. It’s almost if if the static arms, as good as they are, have been truly “liberated” with now added static positions, but also freedom of movement in an unlocked configuration. I really like their bushing rod assembly that fits in the brass bushing on the Rogue Trolley arm way better than Rogue’s bushing rod. The way it attaches is far easier and more elegant. Chris from GymPin was nice enough to send their prototype version for me to test to verify fit and function and that way GymPin could dial them in and tweak the measurements of the hitch pin holes if necessary. They felt that they might have had a 3mm variation and didn’t have a Rogue Monster 1.0 version Lever Arm on site to work with. I wanted to jump at the chance because the design is great and GymPin makes some great, useful and high quality pieces. Chris is super communicative and very nice to interact with as well. As is, the adapters fit and function extremely well. I have the short 35” lever arms and the adapters add an additional 7” of length to them. Their operation is smooth and being able to lock them in neutral, 15 and 30 degree positions opens up a lot of variations to grip and to the movements of any exercises performed. The free, unlocked option is butter smooth and allows for complete freedom of motion through the entire range of any exercise. Suddenly OHP turns into Dumbbell OHP.

I’ve wanted to sell my soul to the devil numerous times just to end a repetitive HIIT routine on this beast. It’s overbuilt and will outlast anyone. I upgraded the pedals on mine and got the wind guard, which I think should come with it. The turf wheels were overkill since mine is stationary.

I like supporting small USA companies in an industry of “giants”. Belt Fed is just such a company, and they put TLC and expert craftsmanship into all of their offerings. I first learned about them through Adrian Gluck and then met them at HGC. I’ve had this attachment now for it to become supple and conformist to my hands - like a fine pair of leather shoes that break-in. Love it for overhead tricep extensions.

These are more of a novelty statement piece to me in the world of kettlebells. I just purchased one and painted the eyes for a window sill gym decoration.

Had these Trak Fitness IIc - Trak Handle Pro-X for about 6 years now in their native state with the plastic/rubberized handles. I never purchased the “Sport” version ones until last year when I saw someone post them with a JD Gym Equipped modded knurled handle in stainless steel. So I picked up a pair and had Jesse do the same for me. Loved the result so much that I sent him specs for the Pro-X handles after procrastinating, and he sent me those handle mods as well. Came out perfectly and now I have my two GOAT attachments 👍🏼. I don’t think anyone has modded the Pro-X yet up until this point. Additionally, I know a few companies and private people on Etsy making printed plastic ones for the Trak Sport handle. While those are decent, there is nothing like knurled stainless steel in your hand and this mod does not add obnoxious weight to the handles. I can strongly recommend the upgrade. I’ve owned many a D handle and to me these were the ones I settled on back in 2019. These live up to the hype they have recently been getting.

My first C2 piece and still going strong. The PM5 data on all of their pieces sets them apart for metrics and leaderboards. The world-wide incorporation of these in homes, commercial gyms and sports training facilities says it all. Plus rowing engages about 85% of your body’s muscles and therefore makes this a great warm-up and cardio addition to any gym. It stands up to lean against wall out of way or you can hang it on a wall mount too. I got a silicone seat pad for it which my butt enjoys and an iPad mount. Purchased from Rogue, but now since they ripped off the design I recommend purchasing straight from Concept2. Their customer service is second to none in this industry.

Super small footprint when you wall mount this. Between this and my endless rope, these offer great upper body strength/endurance conditioning and being a C2 product - means it’s going to last forever.
