Good for dumbbell flyes or getting a little additional ROM for bench. I find I’m using it about once every couple of weeks. Well worth the money. Quality product from Abmat. I have liked everything I’ve gotten from them.

Absolutely gorgeous. I find that I like using these more than any of the other change plates I own. The aesthetic is better IMO than the Eleiko, Rogue Urethane, or any of the irons I have, even my Strength CO’s. But man, they’re spendy.

Got this for $62 which is stupid cheap, not sure how they make their money back, even shipping this from overseas. The powder coat is evenly applied and I really enjoy the marks on the bar - my other axle bars do not have any markings and so I had to add markings on them with chalk. Not a huge deal, but a nice touch. Another thing this bar has that I haven’t seen on other axle bars is end caps. And they’re pretty end caps. Which is weird because axles just get beat to hell and aren’t meant to be pretty. But it’s a nice thing to see. Fringe put some thought into this, it’s not just a pipe with powder on it. My usual axle is from BWTG and has significant grip, which is nice for pulling but it rips the crap out of your shins. Since this bar has smooth powder coat, it’s harder to grip, which is fine, and it doesn’t rip up your shins. I’m happy with it, especially because the price was insanely cheap. It’s worth it too at twice the price.

These are absolutely amazing. I’ve been using some 3D printed band barbell sleeves for years but this is a much better solution. Very well made product and with the magnets… chef’s kiss!

Clever design and excellent feel in the hand. The epoxy finish adds a level of difficulty for grip work. Five stars all round.

It’s like the long RO-T8 bar, except it’s shorter. Decent for push downs as well as rows. It’s a bit spendy but quality is excellent. I’d buy it again, but I prefer the Darko versions of these things if I’m being totally honest.

Even though this is NOT a proper drink spotter (see Massenomics if you are serious about drink safety please), it’s a really fun product. There are both magnets and hooks for your uprights to keep it in place on your rack and they come in 5/8 and 1” size holes for your rack. But the Massenomics spotters have legit magnets, these magnets aren’t meant to hold your beverage on their own.

This is well made and it’s 3D printed, so it’s inexpensive as well. The company has been in business for like 4 months but Jamie is making a name for himself with interesting designs and high quality. The knurling on this bites in a very good way for grip related exercises in the short time I’ve had it. I have no worries that it will wear poorly over time.
