This is SOOOO challenging. I have the 1 5/8" option and it works my fingers harder than any other attachment I own. I don't look forward to using this because it's so difficult, but I guess that's what makes it so good. The powdercoat is great and adheres well to chalk. I don't worry about the connection point as others have noted, probably because I'm not pushing a lot of weight with this.

With normal sized hands, this becomes quite a challenge if you're timing yourself with enough weight. I ended up with the round 2 3/8" handles and a set of pinch blocks that are 2"x5". They're easy to swap out with an allen key. This really spices up the end of any training day, especially after deadlifting.

I purchase 20mm and 30mm hub trainers from Arm Assassin and I've found them to be quite challenging and fun to use after pretty much any workout. The particular part of the grip that's worked with these is something not challenged in a regular workout, so my hands always feel ready to grab these. The 20mm is probably twice as difficult as the 30mm.

Pretty good piece for the PR-4000, storing it kind of sucks but at least your don’t need to get two of them since the one goes across the middle of your rack. I don’t do split squats, so the only value it has is for lat pulldowns. And it doesn’t job for that.

These are too wide for my hands. I can’t imagine what the larger diameter they make would be like. Hard to use these frequently without turning whatever you’re doing into a grip exercise.

The one I got with my PR-4000 was too long and it ended up drooping quite a bit. Got rid of it and went with the Rogue ML version. Much better than the Rep in use and fits perfectly on the metric rack.

This attachment is dope. I find myself using it for tricep push downs more often than any of my other attachments. Probably the novelty at this point, but the bearings are incredibly smooth and the knurling and build quality are outstanding. Rogue hit a home run here!

I got my hands on these danglers as soon as they dropped. They are really simple and grippy, for what they are. This is great for flys and that’s really about all I’ve used them for.
