I love my Athena. I have them on both sides of my PR5000 and I have the selectorized version. They are great for any exercise you could ever want to do on a cable machine, although I don't use the for lat pull downs or low rows.

It's a big pull up bar. Not a ton to add other than I do with sometimes I had a more narrow bar for normal pull ups.

Moves around on my Blackwing a little more than I'd like and is a pin to attach and store. Works ok for incline sit ups, which I don't do often.

Probably the only thing I would recommend from Titan, but this is a great bar. I struggle with shoulder/wrist mobility and this has made squats a regular part of my workouts again. I use it for calf raises as well.

Once you figure out the cradle situation so that the plates don't get stuck together they are great. Easily one of the best purchases I've ever made.

The GOAT for GHR's, back extensions and GHR sit ups. Use this in tandem with my reverse hyper to help build posterior chain strength and durability. Takes up a ton of room but well worth it in my opinion.

I learned about this piece through Massenomics when they toured Jen Thompson's gym. While it is a great drink spotter and does a great job of whatever I want to get off the floor, it has done wonders for my lower back pain. I play golf and afterwards my back would always be tight. Since I've been using this machine the pain has all but gone away. The only downsides are it’s expensive and it takes up a ton of room.

As others have said, its huge and heavy, which I like. It's very stable when in use and won't budge when you're working out with it. Not overly difficult to move around but I can imagine it would be difficult to move into a basement or up stairs. Assembly was quick and easy, this should last a lifetime!
