I love these plates as they were at a lot of commercial gyms I worked out at in high school and college. Not good at all for deadlifts but I love the look and feel of them and they’ll last forever.

A very good hex dumbbell with a straight handle at a cheaper price point than Rep, which I would say is the closest straight handle dumbbell in terms of quality and performance to this one. The knurling on the ethos dumbbell is a little more passive, and they don’t have beveled edges like the rep dumbbells do but overall this is a great option for someone looking for a straight handle dumbbell. For comparison a pair of 50lb dumbbells from Ethos is $181 while Rep $215. I will say that a buddy of mine bought a set and some came in with the red lettering on them and some were blank, which would drive me crazy but he doesn’t mind.

Nice plates - look good, feel good and they're accurate. Like all Nike strength stuff, very expensive.

Very cool looking and feeling kettlebell. Feels good in hand and functions appropriately. Like all Nike strength equipment, it's significantly overpriced.

Great axle collars - bought them after seeing a review on the Paired and Powered up YouTube channel. I have them on an axle bar, a Fringe Sport Gordita Curl bar and my Rogue reverse z hyper. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for an axle bar collar - I prefer them over the Rogue OSO mighty axle collar.

These are awesome collars. Look great, feel great, and they won't move when you lock them in on your bar. I've been using them for a few weeks after seeing the review on the Paired and Powered up YouTube channel, and man do I love these things. Really easy to get on and off the bar, no crazy snap when you take them off, would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a collar upgrade that won't break the bank.

Unique bands in that they don’t have a handle but dual carabiners on both ends. Overpriced at dicks sporting goods, I’d stay away and get something cheaper off Amazon.

My first bench in my first home gym. This was a buy off of Amazon when all I had was a set of power blocks and bands. It moved with me to my second home gym (pictured here) but sadly we lost it on the move to the third home gym. It was an ok bench. No wheels, but it was relatively easy to move around even though with my first two gyms it didn’t need to get moved all that much. Never had any issues with it other than the ladder system would come disengaged if you laid down on it too quickly and at an angle, which wasn’t a big deal because I only made that mistake once. Overall a great starter, no frills bench that I got for less than $100 on a Black Friday deal in 2018. Would definitely recommend for someone just getting into the home gym space.
