Another good foam roller - this one is a little more intense than traditional foam rollers. The groove in the middle let's your spine get a little lower and the two humps on the side give you a good massage on either side of your spine. Definitely recommend for someone looking for something a little more intense and at a good price point.

Love this thing for road trips. Great to store in your luggage - pic below is of this thing when it is collapsed. I use it after long flights or long drives, it expands and functions as a normal foam roller. I haven't had any issues with collapsing when it isn't supposed to. It's a little more firm than most foam rollers but still does a great job.

Good add on with the Echo bike to help hold your phone - not sure if there's any other options out there like it but this help my iphone 12 max with no issues.

Definitely worth having if you get this bike as I would call it the devil's tricycle and you'll need to hydrate while using. Does a good job, although not quite as good a job as the Drink Spotter XL from Massenomics, which can hold larger bottles like 32 oz Yeti's, Nalgene's etc.

Blackwing with the wide bench is an awesome combo. Sturdy as can be, and I cant recommend it enough. Not the easiest thing to love around but it’s beefy and sturdy when in use.

These do a great job at holding my weight plates off the ground which is all I need them to do. I suppose there’s more aesthetically pleasing options out there that I might explore at some point but they’re more than fine for right now.

I believe I had to get this when I bought the lat pulldown/low row. It does what it’s supposed to and haven’t really thought about it since I installed it which I suppose is a good thing.

Awesome uprights. My PR5000 rack will outlast my grandchildren. It looks great even with daily use/abuse from me, my wife and three kids. It’ll take whatever you can throw at it and then some. Can’t recommend this enough if you’re in the market for a rack.
