I picked this up on Facebook Marketplace a few months ago, and it’s become a staple for a wide variety of movements. I’m honestly surprised by how versatile this piece is; far more useful than I expected when I first brought it home.

Snagged this off Amazon for about $250, and it’s been a great value overall. The build feels solid and the movement is smooth for the price point. The only real downside for me is the range of motion. I can’t perform RDLs the way I’d like because the spring placement on the linear rods limits how far the carriage can travel. If the rods extended just a few more inches, it would allow proper depth. Otherwise, it’s a strong addition to the home gym.

For anyone in the Tampa/St. Pete area, the Valor Fitness Urethane Olympic Plates are a great deal for high‑quality urethane. Steel plates are still the better value on price alone, but Florida humidity makes rust almost unavoidable in a garage gym. I love the classic clang of steel, but these urethane plates have held up extremely well and ended up being a smart upgrade despite the higher cost.

This is easily the coolest banner in my garage gym. The print looks sharp, the material feels solid, and it adds a ton of character to my setup.

The NordStick NordBench Pro has been a good purchase, especially at the Black Friday price ($399.99). The construction is consistent with what I expected at this price point, and it performs well overall. The one area for improvement would be enlarging the top pad’s cutout to make it more comfortable for the groin region during certain movements.
