Great implement and the interchangeable grip handles with the same frame is an amazing feature. I bought this specifically to train for an upcoming GSI event. It has a much different feel than the FBBC crusher. Changing out the grip is not too bad. I really like the surface texture from Arm Assassins.

Very challenging implement that tests key pinch strength. It is very different from the shallow inch pinch and more weight can be lifted. It has been contested from time to time in GSI events.

I love this implement. Crushers are made by a variety of vendors including Country Crush, Arm Assassins, IronMind and others. This has the best build quality and feel and price tag to go along with it. They have been made in a variety of sizes. 2.25 inch is an excellent size and was contested at King Kong for a number of years. I also own the 4 inch which I never use. It is a beast.

This is still a classic implement. It has been contested at King Kong and other venues. It is not the same as doing actual hub lifts. It is a great training tool, especially for athletes like myself who can hub some 25 pound plates, but not 45 pound plates.

I own the 2 and 3 and they work really well to isolate fingers and thumb. Do you need them to get big and strong, NO. Do you want them to add variety to grip training, YES.

The open top loading pin does exactly what it is supposed to do. There are two types of implements. (1) those which connect with a carabiner and can be held at multiple angles and (2) those which are intended to be grabbed with the entire assembly vertically stacked. The open top does the job. Not all grip tools are created equal and there could be compatibility issues between Arm Assassins for Grabhold, David Horne and Otevoima. Your exact mileage may vary.

These squat stands excel in their cool factor and their portability. They are easy to move around and do what they are supposed to. I have loaded them to 225 pounds without issue. However, you cannot just drop the bar the way you would onto j-cups on a 3x3 rack. They feel rickety, but they work and I personally have more respect for the athletes that used these as their primary squat stands. Mine are Gen 3. This can be determined by the shape of the cup at the top.

I like these plates, but it has been a difficult set to put together. I own (1) 45, (2) 10, (1) 5 and (2) 2.5. The 10's are pictured and you can see the Canada stamp. The 45 has the Bullseye machining on the back. Good feel, but not a set I would recommend anyone run out and put together.
