I bought this specifically for All-Round Weightlifting and have loaded it to 600 pounds. It is rock solid. Luke even did a custom center attachment for me so that I could run a chain through it to accommodate Hip Lift in picture, Harness Lift, Neck Lift, Hand & Thigh Lift, Deanna Lift, etc. It is much easier to move around the gym than a solid steel bar and much cheaper to fabricate. I highly recommend this piece from Arm Assassin Strength Shop.

I won this in a contest and am extremely impressed by the craftsmanship and build quality. I do not use it often. I do not have a cable system at home and would occasionally bring it with me to commercial gyms, but more often just use the rope or whatever plastic handles are there. It is a great system and based on the quality, I have bought other items from Belt Fed including a daily wear belt.

These collars are perfect. I had seen these being distributed by Weight It Out and other retailers. I thought I might get a better price right from the designer and took a chance giving him a call. Apparently he is the victim of his own success. Rarely do customers make repeat orders because they are indestructible. Designed for high school weight rooms where equipment is often abused. They are easy to take on and off and secure very tight. They do take up a lot of room on the sleeve. If you are loading an obscene amount of weight or using all bumper plates, you may exceed your sleeve length. Next to Quick-Lee, these are my favorite collars.

I bought these to add load to blobs and to other grip lifts instead of unhooking everything and adding small change plates. The magnets are very strong. They are not falling off the fridge or anything else. These are more reasonably priced than other adder weights and do come on sale. I really like the branding also.

I bought this specifically to compete in All-Round Weightlifting. The Neck Lift is one of the chain lifts in the Heavy Lift Competition along with the Hip Lift and Hand & Thigh Lift. This certainly feels secure, but I am not testing the 1500 pound weight limit anytime soon. It is a good piece and well made. The price point is reasonable as well. Especially considering the premium IronMind typically has.

I won a pair of these in the GarageGymCompetition and do not train with them often. They are built incredibly well. Then handles are more comfortable than rings from Rogue. My only gripe is the pin to secure the handles. I replaced mind with homemade mag pins (bolts with magnets glued on). They work great and make weight changes much easier during training and competition.

I have two pairs of 2.5 pound plates. I like the plates and somehow find myself wanting to own different brands for posterity. The rubber coating has a good feel. Other than that, there is not much to say about these plates.

I love the feel of these plates. The bounce is just right. The finishes are impeccable and I like the branding as well. Retail they are expensive and even on the secondary market they are not cheap. I own a pair of 45s and have no ambitions of completing a set.
