I have owned these for about 2 years and they see very little use. Certainly well made and a good value. I am not strong enough to use them for pull-ups. They are contested in Armlifting USA and I have used them to prep for that.

I own a 10 pound pair and they are rock solid. I do not use them often except for the occasional warm up. If you like to change up your warm ups and conditioning, these are a great addition. You do not need them to get big and strong.

I originally bought the 20kg Hybrid bar which was recalled and Eleiko offered to send me this barbell as a replacement. This should tell you all you need to know. Eleiko stands behind its equipment. The performance is top notch. Sleeves spin smoothly with little to no periodic maintenance. The knurling is sufficient, but not aggressive. The intangible is the feel. Across all of my Olympic lifts and Powerlifting, the bar just feels good in hand. It is expensive and I certainly do not need it, but I really like it.

I bought a log branded Harambe Strength and it weighs 80 pounds empty. This is a good weight for me as I am typically training in 80 to 120 pound space. Any heavier than that and I am looking at singles. It is a 12" log which really gets the weight in front of you. I dinged it on build quality as the edges could have been cleaned up better. There are plenty of aftermarket solutions to improve the edges.

I got this little gem from a friend in Kansas. I don't use it very often but have absolutely no complaints with the build quality. The knurling on the handle is great. It is not a piece I would rush out and get unless you have a specific need.

I bought these on a whim and like them a lot. They are a good value and the sound of my expensive barbells hitting the bottom of the 9 bar holder is unnerving. Do you need these, no. Will you like them, yes!

I got a pair of 2.5 plates which work great. Retail is expensive, but I found some on the secondary market.

These are great plates. I got a change set with 5-2.5-1.25 pairs. They are low profile and easy to handle. I got them customized for a very nominal additional charge.
