I have a 43 inch two tier system with the bottom shelf for bumper plates and the top shelf for dumbbells. It works great and I really like that the dumbbells are angled and at a good height for access. The frustrating part is the price point.

I had heard about Bandbell for years and it seems like they wax and wane in popularity on social media. I think this is a great pre-hab tool and I would recommend to anyone who wants to stabilize their shoulder before an injury. It is expensive for what it is, but I have used it for 2 years every other bench session and feel like it has made a difference. I bought the bands that came with it plus some Rogue short bands and have loaded it up to 80 pounds for bench sessions.

I bought a set of 8 of these and love them. As you can see in the picture, I have carpet for the squat stands and use these in the deadlift area. They do slide around on the concrete and I may buy a frame at some point. However, the performance is first class. The price point is much higher than stall mats, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

I own a pair of 5's and 2.5's and they are really nice to use. I prefer them to the Rogue plates because of the raised lettering. They are equivalent to the Eleiko change plates, but at a better price point. Highly recommend.

I own a pair of 25s and they have held up great. I like the Rogue branding. The bounce and finish is the same as any number of this style of bumper plate. It is better than crumb and less expensive than competition plates. Definitely feel like this is a sweet spot.

I own a pair of 35s and 10's and they do not get a lot of use. I do like the bounce on these and they are certainly durable enough. I would recommend them if you are building out a set. I own some of the Rep Color Bumpers as well, but I think the color holds up better in black.

This is a really comfortable bench. The build quality is rock solid and I like the optional foot pegs. Of course rock solid means heavy and since I don't do incline work often, I don't feel like moving this around the gym when not in use. If you do incline work often, it is probably worth it. If not, go for a lighter solution. When I use it as a flat bench, the height is a little lower than I would like.

I love the feel of these plates. I own 45's, 25's and (3) pairs of 10's. I have bought them all in the secondary market and considered finishing the set until I saw retail pricing. Comparing them to the Iron Grip plates, I prefer the feel and finish on these.
