Bought this piece because of the functionality and price point. I've since upgraded the pulleys that came with the unit from nylon to aluminum. The nice thing is, the standard build of this unit is just fine and if you're looking to upgrade, the 1 inch holes allow for Titan or other brand attachments. I upgraded the safeties from what came with the unit as well as the aforementioned pulleys and also put on a pair of jammer arms. The result is an all-in one rack that cost a fraction of REP or Rogue. However, it does come with some tradeoffs. The spotter arms that come with the unit are extremely short and while they are adequate for bench press, I'm not sure I would trust them with heavy rack pulls or squats. Also, note that the overall design of the machine makes squatting inside of the rack almost impossible. You'll be extremely close to the pulley system when you're racking or unracking the weight. However, I'm nitpicking. The pulleys are smooth and the system itself is extremely sturdy. If you already have weights and don't mind unracking and racking the weight, I think this is a terrific option. Ritfit gives clear assembly instructions and while it is time consuming to build, it never felt frustrating or overwhelming. Shipping and ordering was also extremely easy. I'd say this is a good introductory piece or supplemental piece if you already have a more robust squat stand from a major brand.

Initial impressions: one beefy boy. Way more sturdy and overbuilt than I expected. It came almost fully assembled which was a huge plus. Wheels aren’t great. Stores upright and the adjustable headrest is a cool feature I can see getting a ton of usage out of. The padding is a slight step down from REP but still quality. Tons of nice details. Won’t be my daily driver for bench press but I’ll be using it for all my accessory stuff.

If you've ever wanted a smith machine for your home gym I can't recommend this piece enough. Lat pulldown and low row both are smooth and you can easily swap out for aluminum pulleys for an even smoother experience. The smith machine isn't the most top tier on the market, but that's a tradeoff you're going to have to make given the price point. There is virtually no knurling to speak of on the bar, and it isn't counterbalanced, so there is a starting weight. However, if you use 3 in 1 on the poles, the smith machine function is smooth and uniform. The safeties work just fine and there is an added pullup bar, landmine attachment, and band pegs. Overall, this is complementary if someone already has a traditional rack and is looking to integrate a smith machine into their routine. It's a viable alternative but keep in mind that it does carry with it a footprint that is almost the same as a power rack, so you will need ample space. Using some DIY, I was able to rig this system to support a homemade belt squat. So there's a huge degree of versatility here for an affordable price point. For the price, it's well built, but just don't expect Rep or Rogue like build quality.

Ohhhhh Titan. What can I say? This box is an absolute tank. The first one that arrived was almost impossible to adjust. No matter how much 3 in 1 oil I put, the tubing just would not go down without using a rubber hammer. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement at no charge. The second one is easier to adjust, but it's still extremely heavy and awkward to move. That being said, it will absolutely support you during box squats or whatever else you are looking to use this for. Because I have two, I've been able to use them for elevated belt squats. There's a lot you can do, but maneuvering them around your home gym is a pain and really takes away from their practical utility.

Absolutely one of my favorite additions to my home gym. For $300 you can't go wrong. I've been able to simulate countless commercial gym movements with this piece. Incline chest press, overhead press, lever squats, reverse hypers, shrugs, flat chest press, lat pulldown, low row, etc. The fact that the arms can be used individually or connected just further adds to the variety. While the overall suggested weight capacity is somewhat low and the weight horns don't really allow for stacking a ton of bumper plates, I think this is one of the first things I would recommend after a power rack/bench/barbell/dumbbells. It requires some creativity but there's just so much that can be done with this one piece. Not to mention it doesn't take up that much real estate.

This is one beefy boy and is probably the most "commercial" piece of equipment in my home gym. It comes in a giant crate and took about 6 hours to assemble by myself. Once complete it probably weighs about 800 lbs, so be sure where you want it. It takes up a little more than a horse stall in terms of space. The leg press is smooth but the bearings do generate some noise while lifting. The leg press gives a total range of motion and allows for adjustability on both the back pad and leg plate. Because of the angle, the weight on this leg press feels heavier than its precor counterparts. The hack squat is just as smooth and will allow most lifters to get a full range of motion (although for some it may be just short of full ATG). Customer service kept me informed throughout the process and the price point when I purchased it was extremely reasonable. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking to get a leg press hack squat combo that is on the higher end of home gym quality. One last thing to add is the calf block is a nice touch and because of the long shoulder cushions the machine can also be used as a reverse hack squat.

Lots of folks have asked me about this piece. While it takes up a fair amount of real estate (about 1 horse stall mat), and only performs one movement, it is one of my favorite machines that I own. It's heavy duty enough to accommodate users of all shapes and sizes and has an adjustable foot plate. One thing you'll quickly realize is you do not need to load up the weight horns with massive amounts of weight to get a good lift in. This machine will humble you in short order. While not as bulky as other products from Arsenal or Temple of Gainz, the cost savings you are getting here is well worth the tradeoff. One thing to keep in mind is the counterbalance on this machine uses springs rather than weight plates. You can sub out or change with bands if you would prefer. For a deep stretch that blasts the quads and takes the strain off your lower back, I can't recommend this piece enough.

Ol reliable. This is the first piece of gym equipment I got for my basement and it's held up constant years of abuse. If you are going to get this, adding the storage horns on the back dramatically help with stability. For the price, you are getting a quality squat stand that can fit in low ceiling basements. Just know that Rogue has made it difficult to expand this rack into a full power rack, so you'll have to do a bit of frankensteining if you decide to go that route. Attachments are also limited but you can expand. The spotter arms have withstood tons of abuse and the frame itself feels sturdy to use even for Romanian deadlifts off the end. Definitely a great place to start and worth every penny.
