First off, I don't compete, so this was a purchase just to try something new and I've really enjoyed using it. As a just-for-fun implement, it works great. However, the rack feature as many have already stated, is something I would stay away from. It beat my Rogue uprights up pretty bad and left a lot of exposed metal. The knurling on the handles is laughable. They're smooth as butter. It hasn't been a big issue, but once you're overhead that's a lingering thought. The edges around the handles are really sharp, so often times Im left with bruises around the contact point on my forearm. When I first unpacked it, I was blown away by the glitter bomb of metal debris that was in the box and on the log. It took a long time to clean up the mess and with dogs in the house that was a real concern for their paws. Lastly, I would suggest taping it at the center. With minimal knurling, it really helps with the clean. I'd recommend this for someone looking to add it to their gym without breaking bank, because the next option is much more expensive, but if you have the money, buy something else.

I have the RepxPepin 105's on this stand and at about 100 bucks on Amazon I couldn't have asked for a better deal. It holds the weight confidently and I never doubt a re-rack. I placed a thick double sided gorilla tape under each end to prevent movement on the platform and it's been holding for a few months now no issues as well. Some of the stock marketing pictures make it appear to have a slanted angle to it, but it does actually sit flat where the dumbell rests. The only downside is there is no place to store the add on plates. Overall, highly recommend.

We've used the Ohio Bar in black zinc for years, and only recently purchased the Ohio Power Bar also in black zinc. Living in a very humid environment the coating was a must. I've read the cerakote finish robs the knurling a bit more than the black zinc, so opted to go with black zinc again. It's held up great over the last 4 years and although there was some fading, there is NO rust. That's a win for me. As for its use, it's exactly what you want out of a power bar. No give, plenty of grip, tons of confidence.

Excellent product for when you want to grip as close to the cable as possible. They are a bit larger than I expected, so I would love to see a version that's slightly smaller. Either way, they work fantastic for triceps and rear delt work.

They're spotter arms. They work really well at that. They are also easy on the rack in regard to fitment (Rogue and PRx racks). I recommend storing them on the 3x3 strip Rogue offers to clear up clutter. The strip also doubles as a permanent landmine mount.

Purchased on a black Friday deal and couldn't be happier. This piece when combined with an incline bench can serve as a LOT of different machines. The cables are smooth and the weight is on par with the normal life fitness pieces you would see at a commercial gym if you opt for the weight stack upgrade. I'm looking to get the Darko Longy bar to combine both cables. Would love to see how others are using theirs. At 5'9" I havent dealt with any issues during use for its compact size. 10/10 recommend.

I would love to see a beefier version of this just to simply mitigate some of the flex in its use, mostly during hamstring curls, but overall this thing excels for its cost. Excellent strength curve and value. Would absolutely buy it again.

A very hard to beat piece at its price point. I was concerned the angle was too shallow after dealing with a lot of tendonitis issues, but it feels very comfortable on the forearms.
