I’ve had this in my garage gym for probably close to 12 years and no rust, no wear. It has inserts to protect the sleeves, which seems like it must have been cutting edge in 2014/2015 and I’ve been amazed at how well it has held up. I wish i knew what I paid for it new, but whatever it was it was worth every penny. I guess today the price isn’t great since it’s only 6 bars, but i think for the footprint, price and stability it’s still an overall great option. I don’t shop power-systems much so feel like they are off the radar, but this should be a consideration for anyone looking for upright bar storage. I’ve used it for regular straight bars, which are obviously fine. I currently use it for some misc bars, including a the Rep Open Trap bar, which is heavy and awkward but this still does the job.

Nothing fancy, I don’t think Arm Assassin tries to do anything beyond make equipment that just flat out works for a very specific use. I got the medium width (12”) and the small grip circumference (1 5/8”), could probably have gone up to the 2” and might do it. For the price it’s worth getting a couple for the options.

It’s become the daily driver. Not sure why I waited years to pull the trigger on this, but glad I did. After years of the “regular” Ohio bar this is definitely an upgrade, didn’t realize what I was missing by not having center knurl…except that it will leave some marks on the neck front squatting. Love the red cerakote so it matches the rack. The only “mistake” i made was getting the stock version instead customizing via the Zeus process, because it would be better with chrome sleeves, IMO.

Upgraded to these a few years ago and couldn’t be happier. I’m rolling w/ 4x 25’s, 45’s and 55’s. Even added the dreaded pair of #35’s during the last Matte Black Friday shipping promo. I know I read this somewhere else, but man the first time you slide these on a bar and hear the ‘zing’ sound…it’s awesome. Obviously not the cheapest option, but to me it’s worthwhile for the quality difference. I moved up from the HG 2.0 plates, which are totally fine, but this is just another level.

Just works. I’ve done minimal maintenance over 10 plus years…millions of meters and aside from dust it’s like brand new. For the price, durability and the standing upright footprint I cannot identify a reason not to have one, there’s a reason it’s the OG.

At the end of the day it’s a box, so it works. It’s a bit small to do any jumping, but I use it for box squats and it’s great making it a small and inexpensive option there, otherwise I don’t find many uses due to the small size.

Great quality, essentially the eclipse grips on a fixed bar with adjustable attachment points. It works for low rows, and multiple biceps and triceps work and feels good. It does flex with heavier weight, but to me the flexible use outweighs that. My only issue is that I wish it had the ability to adjust the width or at least the option to buy different widths. I would like a little bit wider, otherwise it’s great just expensive.

Not many options for GHD/Reverse Hyper on the market, but when i balanced the cost, footprint and capability/functionality this is where I ended up. Plus I could get in red to match my color scheme based around the Rogue FM-6. Overall, it was a pricy add to the gym but the only other option with a lower cost was via Rogue, but that wouldn’t allow for color options and it was a bigger footprint. I had a great delivery experience, which I acknowledge is very random, but the driver pretty much put it right in place for me. This has allowed me to really focus on the Nordics, while literally using it every single day for reverse hypers as an injury prevention/warm-up. I was on the fence for months about this, but ultimately ended up happy that I pulled the trigger and made it happen.
