This was a good way to unload and load plates during deadlifts until I got a deadlift jack.

If you're looking for a plate the isn't calibrated, it will get the job done, and won't break the bank for a good set. Then Standard is the right plate for your gym. Rogue in their store in Columbus has these every so often for $1.00 a pound in their surplus section. Anytime I'm in the store, I take a look for a great deal.
