Currently this is my favorite attachment. It is smooth, versatile, the build quality is excellent. I have the American Barbell version as well and have used them side by side. There is really no comparison it is lighter, the angles are better, I have even used it for low rows.

These are great plates, I am deducting one star for size. They are noticeably wider that my Giant bumper plates. I got 2 sets of these new in the box for $1 a lb in a warehouse moving sale on Market Place so for me the value is certainly 5 Stars.

I love these plates. I think they look and feel premium at a decent price. I bought my first pair, as ‘seconds” and still don’t know what the issue is with the plate. I like that pair so much I needed the set.

These are a great product. They fit as if manufactured asan OEM for the Snode AD 80s. I was disenchanted with the Snodes.I didn’t think the 10lb jumps would be as big an issue as it was after I started to use them. Then I found M-Plates. Really were a game changer. The only issue was they were out of stock for months. If they are in stock and you have Snode dumbbells then buy them.
