Very nicely designed and finished calf block. The only problem is the gloss powder coated metal feet, which easily slide on anything but horse stall mats (get out of here with your rolled rubber flooring). This is easily rectified with adhesive rubber strips or grip tape.

THE most important public information sign, providing instruction on drink safety and Drink Spotter location. Massenomics reminds us of the foundational tenet: Only an educated citizenry can safely hydrate.

A unique and solidly built tool that is only worth searching out on the used market. Other than improved build/material quality, this one also has upswept weight horns for plate retention that I've not seen on competitors' units. There are plenty of options for dorsiflexion without a machine, but none offer the ease, convenience, and loading capabilities. Anyone that has dealt with lower leg injuries will attest to the need for this exercise. It's also great for ankle strength and stability for those stuck in rigid boots via work or sport.

This is a phenomenal balance and proprioception tool in a very portable package. The upper and lower are Velcroed (suggesting each is replaceable), but not available for purchase separately. Time will tell how durable the foam lower is, but it has held up well. Please note there are 3 sizes available: 13" for people <190#, 14" for people 190# to 230#, and 15” for people 230# to 300#.

Overbuilt EliteFTS (mfr. by Performance Strength Designs) fat V-bar that offers a bit more grip versatility with the ball ends. The thicker grip and design are phenomenal for pressdowns and cable curls.

The Ready State and Rogue collaborated for a nice set of self-applied IASTM tools. These offer versatility over the standard foam roller and lacrosse ball, but the price difference is a hard pill. Specifically here, the Supernova has advantages due to diameter variation and surface texture (additional grip for shearing). Pic shows the BattleStar Kit (partial), the Supernovas (80mm and 120mm), the Gemini and Cradle, and the Leopard Paw.

A cozy fire, a finger of whiskey, and Kabuki IASTM tools; there are few better ways to spend an evening. These are all superbly made (solid stainless) with the beloved Kabuki knurling. Pic shows the Baby Boomer (6lbs4oz), Boomstick (22lbs), PainPill (44lbs), and the ShouldeRök/MyoRök combo. These are convenient for self-use but do not offer the weight and bulk of traditional body tempering tools.

Durable and economical Swiss/physio/stability/whateveryouwannacallit ball. We have the small and large sizes, and they have performed well over a number of years without failure. Pic shows the large (23-26") stored on the PRx Med Ball Storage.
