Phenomenal large roller that is very well made (reportedly rated to 1000# pressure). The increased diameter offers extra leverage for global spinal extension and tension, and you can add a band for even more. This is one of the few items that I own 2 of (garage and house) due to its effectiveness.

This is simply a very short battle rope with a flexible metal core. At 7.5#, it's claimed to be the heaviest and makes for a quick morning warm up. I prefer the Weck Infinity Rope (also shown) for regular use, but this is nice for those times I've had too much coffee.

As soon as you get this (and you will because it's that awesome), check the hanger position. Like all shaft collars, there is a simple set screw on each that allows easy adjustment and hanger centering.

My favorite heavy rope, although this can easily be DIYd with climbing rope. I am not a rope flow kind of guy, but simply like a heavy rope for early morning warm ups. As Pedro Pascal said, "My son don't have ADD! He just like to jump!"

Not DIY, but an insanely versatile and solid metal shelving unit. Each is 36"H x 50"W x 22"D, with a load rating of 3000# (1500#/shelf), and is stackable (3 units here). This one is Craftsman branded, and I've seen the same in DeWalt yellow amongst others.

The venerable PVC pipe. It misses a point simply because it can't match the charisma of the Drink Spotter or historical versatility of the horse stall mat. Nonetheless, it works great to mimic bar position on the belt squat and for an additional shoulder mobility tool.

Grab your favorite automotive manufacturer's jack stands, add a pair of jack pads, add a set of trailer ramp bumpers, and voilá. These work especially well for accessory bar setup and for use as a landmine jack.

One of many composite hangboards from Metolius that offers several hand and finger hold options. This one has been going strong for over 15 years and shows no signs of wear. I have no experience with a wood training board for comparison, but dedicated climbers often prefer them for frequent use.
