I like goblet squats but don’t really have to space for a bunch of kettlebells. This handle works just like I hoped it would. My daughter just used it this morning and did such a nice deep good looking squat. I think it’s going to be great for her to learn the squat pattern while just adding 5 lbs each time with the functional trainer.

I haven’t tried the more popular sport handles. I think these are great. How they move will have more benefit in some exercises than others. The handles are well made and perform well.

I have a number of choices and I find myself going back to this bar over and over again for benching. I like the smooth sleeves which are quieter for loading weights. I like the knurl. It just feels good to me. The bearings in the sleeves are top notch. The bar is a work of craftsmanship. I think it’s worth what I paid for it.

I’ll echo that ordering the XL is probably your best bet regardless of what the size chart says. This belt is extremely comfortable. My comparison is the Rogue belt which is fine. The Rogue belt could be a little uncomfortable on the inner thigh which is why I gave this one a try. I’m not sure if it’s worth an upgrade from Rogue or Spud, but I’d recommend it as a first choice if someone was looking to buy one.

Nice shiny change plates. The weight is only shown on one side. That back is flat and empty. The weights come in .5, 1, 2.5, and 5 lbs. Unless my math is off, I think you need an extra xtra pair of 1 lbs to go up by 1 lb increments. I’m not sure that I’ll go order an extra pair of 1’s, but who knows.

Very heavy, very stable bench. Built like a tank. Feels good for flat bench. Moving it around is easy once you get it picked up. It is heavy. Stores upright nicely. It’s a great looking bench. Nice powder coat.

These collars are similar to some of the others. Work fine. I kind of like putting TPB collars on Texas Power Bars. The magnets make them convenient for storing or slapping them on the rack while changing weights.

For the price, you can’t afford not to get these cable attachments. I also recommend finding the wall organizer made to hold these and hang stuff off the bottom. Great assortment of widths and hand angles for lat pulls and low rows.
