As a normal straight male, I feel obligated to open this review by saying, "I got this for my wife (or girlfriend)." And that would be true. However, in my case, at least, it's also true that I use the bar more than she does. Before you judge, you should know that I have small frickin' hands, and the narrower shaft (25mm) just feels good to me. I can actually do a proper hook grip with this bar! So, I primarily use this bar on deadlift days where I want to feel like a badass of sorts by pulling with a hook grip. Now, there are couple of respects in which I wish this bar was better. First, the knurling, which for my taste is too passive. (I blame Buddy Capps for giving me manly calluses!) However, the narrow diameter makes up for the passiveness of the knurling, so grip isn't really an issue. Second, it doesn't have center knurling, which doesn't make it inviting for back squats. I've seen this billed as an "all-purpose bar," but that should include it being a bar for squatting - which a center knurling would have helped. So, in short, whether you're a guy with "Trump-sized hands" (as his enemies conceive of his hands) or a gal with delicate hands, the Bella Bar may be a good option for you.

This is the economy model of Titan's stout H-PND (trademark be damned, I'm gonna say "reverse hyper" for the rest of the review!). H-PND uses 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel, and weighs about 250 lbs. The economy H-PND uses the same gauge of steel, but given that it's 2" x 2", it shaves about 100 lbs off of its more stout cousin. Maybe as a result of its lighter weight (?), it tends to "move around" when "decent" weights are used (e.g. two 45 lbs on each side). Now, I've seen people on social media going ballistic like a fish out of water while doing reverse hypers, and if you are one of them, then this economy reverse hyper might not be for you - at least not until you fix your form and lift correctly like we used to when we were a proper frickin' country! A possible fix would have been to bolt this down, but that option wasn't provided by the genius engineers at Titan. My remedy is two-fold: 1. use my muscles, not momentum, when doing reverse hypers; 2. take a page out of Louie Simmons' book and use bands (if you are in need of some bands, be sure to use Massenomics' EliteFTS affiliate link). With these two parameters in place, I find that Titan's economy reverse hyper does a pretty good job.

I saw Coop review these collars on his channel and that convinced me to buy a pair. It's no secret that they are basically ripping off Eleiko's oppen collar, and it's a mystery to me that they haven't been sued yet! In any case, they hold really well, and usually I only snap on one of the two clips, except for when I want an especially tight hold (e.g. during deadlifts). When both clips are deployed, the collars also work on smaller diameter axle bars, which was a nice bonus. Magnetic storage is also a plus. They basically live on my power rack when not in use. Get these before they're sued out of business!
