Got a whole bunch of these in 10s and some 5s and 2.5s to use for my loadable dumbbells. Amazon has them for a little bit over a dollar a pound, and it was worth paying that to have them shipped to my house and not have to scour marketplace. The weights are consistently within 2-3 ozs, mostly over, which is totally fine for my purposes. Ultimately I will upgrade to a fixed set of dumbbells up to 100s but these will get the job done until that happens.

There is nothing else to want in an SSB- this bar is nicely balanced and the pad is comfortable and supportive. Plus you can use standard barbell collars, the knurling on the handles feels good, and it's cheaper than the Elitefts yoke. 5 stars

The appeal of this bar is specifically its size- the overall length and sleeves are shorter than a full size trap bar, which makes it less annoying to store and maneuver in a tight space. Obviously the sleeves won't fit massive amounts of weight, so this is better for higher rep accessory movements rather than maxing out your trap deadlift (as important as that is). Build quality is fine, although my preference would have been slightly thicker handles. For anyone working in tight spaces this can be a helpful bar.

Purchased this add-on as I already had a Rogue rack and this gave me a selectorized lat pulldown, low row, and two functional trainer trollies. Functionally it is everything you could possibly need and works perfectly. Assembly for me was a bit tougher than average because I was adding two posts to my rack before the trainer parts went on and working with literally inches to spare between my walls, pillars, and HVAC ducts. Other than that, the instructions are really good and easy to understand and the video was helpful- although I do wish they had shown some of the steps from various angles and slowed it down a little bit. It was a big project but it's doable for anybody. Just plan on it taking a while. Now that the price has gone up, the cost is a bit harder to justify when the quality of the competing products is so similar. However, having it in my gym has been stellar and and I have no complaints at all.

Construction of the bar is fine, although not pretty. The width makes certain movements awkward- hard to keep your head out of the way on overhead pressing, hands are too far out in benching, etc. It can work OK if you found it somewhere for super cheap, but not worth buying new.

This rack would be standing undamaged in the rubble if someone blew up my house. Obviously not strictly necessary, and a bit more expensive than other companies; but the quality is top notch and it comes in a variety of colors so you can get something that fits the vibe you're going for. The bright green makes me happy every time I walk into my gym.
