This was recommended to me by a great personal trainer/physical therapist after my second round of physical therapy for my post laminectomy/discectomy surgery. I have had this stretch out strap for something like 12 years now. It traveled with me everywhere (work kept me on the road a lot at the time) and allowed me to stay on program for finishing rehabbing my back. I paid like 10-12 bucks back then, it's only up to 15 as of the time of this review, so I'd say the value is pretty good. the loops allow for various and short pull distances, and it's length allowed for setting up to pull different angles. Performance wise, it's as good as you could want it to be and as comfortable as it needs to be. the build quality of the one I purchased has been stellar, no issues with any stitches or fraying. I've only ever used it to stretch out limbes and my back, I've never tried anything that would apply real load (felt or otherwise) to the stitching, so I can't speak for it's ability to act as a daisy chain.

Solid dumbbell rack. Used to hold 5-50 hex dumbbells (and a few loadable dumbbells). It has a reasonable footprint and is plenty sturdy. The finish will wear from setting weights down, but that's to be expected. Excellent price for what you get

Excellent stand at a reasonable price. Getting the dumbbells off a table was great and I can say that after 2 years of excellent service there has never been any cause for concern regarding it's strength. Do make sure that you have the clamps good and tight so that the cradles don't come out of position on accident.

This is a straight from the factory alibaba leg extension / seated leg curl. It is plenty heavy duty. Maybe not big box commercial, but definitely local ymca commercial. I had the weight stack upgraded to 130kg. The strength curve is much improved compared to my previous titan plate loaded machine. After cleaning the unit and lubricating the rods, it is silky smooth. I'm 6'1" and I almost feel small sitting in it. Wife is 5'2 and was also comfortable using it thanks to the multiple adjustment point in the ankle pad. (though did complain about the leg holder hurting a bit [could use more padding] -1 performance star). The felt weight definitely felt like weight. Leg day now includes no less than 3 seated movements. I really like the handles up top for leaning into leg curls. I originally had the titan plate loaded because I missed the movements in my home gym and finally upgraded to this which completely satisfies that commercial feel I used to enjoy. As always: If you go with alibaba, choose a guaranteed vendor, ask as many questions as you can think of. request ddp shipping to your door(residence) and request a lift gate and pallet jack.

Since most Urethane Dumbbells are whitelabel from china anyway, I decided to take a gamble on a set of 5-100 straight from the source. The handles are almost 6 inches long which seem huge compared to a standard cap hex dumbbell. the grips are straight so microgainz fit perfectly with plenty of space and don't move. The knurling is about the same as a cap dumbbell, not terribly aggressive at all. They do require a bit of cleaning upon arrival since the QC is not what it would be if it went through rep or rogue. there are some light scuffs on the surface of some of the dumbbells and for that I'm going to take a quality star away, but honestly, for the price, they are very easy to ignore. Since they are urethane they don't have the usual used tire smell, but they do have the "I came directly from a factory floor" smell. I recommend giving them a day after cleaning to air out, I'm on day 4 and the stall mats have firmly re-established dominance. I spot checked dumbbells from 5 - 50 on a postal scale. each were above the listed weight, the highest discrepancy was 12 ounces on the 25 lb bell. I am very pleased with the accuracy (performance). This was a part of my second order with alibaba. make sure you ask questions, make sure you understanding the shipping side. I ordered using DDP shipping, that's where the seller assumes responsibility for all duties paid and getting it to your front door, most of the factories have a shipping broker they work with. make sure to request a lift gate and a pallet jack (mine had a motorized pallet jack this time and drove everything right into my shop). If you go through the link I posted, make sure to talk to Karen and let her know Patrick sent you.

This was my first machine purchase because I found myself missing leg extensions since abandoning the commercial gym world. it wasn't perfect but I like the feel better than a bench mounted leg extension. you can play with bands and offsetting the wheel with a 35 plate and all sorts of other little tricks to try and improve the strength curve but you will never get it to match the real feel of a commercial piece. for the price you can pick one of these up for on FBMP, it makes it an easy recommendation for anyone just getting started in the home gym space and wants to add more leg variation to leg day. value score is for used, not new.

Just got it in and got it built and brought it in for leg day. As I do more movements I will update this review. Build quality is an easy 5. Super thick gauge steel. Excellent alignment for threads and holes. Absolutely built like a tank. Pad is firm but comfortable. Gap in the pad is plenty wide and appreciated. Foot holders are adjustable. And the foot height carriage has 18 adjustment positions. The whole unit can be adjusted from 90 to 45 degrees in 10 adjustment points and is supported by a hydrolic arm. Back Extension at 45 degrees felt great. The foot plate isn't able to be completely locked down (beyond the pop-pin [which can't be tightened i don't think]) so every rep I'd get a little click from the foot plate adjusting ever so slightly. Not loose or jiggly, just not 100%locked down. I'm 6'1 and was maybe 1.5-2 feet below my 10 foot ceiling. Not sure how well this would do with an 8 foot ceiling? Weighted reverse hyper is great. The handles on the back of the foot plate allow for an amazing stretch through the back. Super comfortable. I'm going to be getting the shorter strap(free if you request it), had to wear it almost behind my knees and the range felt weaker than it should. *Belt update:* So I sent the request for a new belt through the normal customer service form on the website (around 6pm cst on Friday) and have received both a confirmation that they were working on it at (10:30pm same day) and now (4:15pm sayurday) a message that a replacement belt order is being processed and I should see the confirmation email shortly. So big ups to the service department! GHRs are pretty good. Not 100%, but that's cause the top of the pad is flat, but if you position your knees on the slant of the pad, you will get about 80% of the rounding support a normal ghd would give. So, probably the first compromise. Nordics are solid at an angle as a newbie to the movement. Just aim your hands for the handles on the way down.

Never mind the rigorous (bordering on personally invasive) certification process. The flag quality and certificate cardstock suggest a time when we had standards, when we were a proper country. Highly recommend.
