This was my first rack/trainer. I was just getting into the home gym world and wasn't sure i could make it stick. I spent 2 quality years with this baby. Upgraded to the 170 lb weight stack and bought about ever accessory they had available. It was perfect for my needs but I outgrew it and stacking extra weight and gym pins on the weight stack finally drove me nuts so I upgraded to what I have today. All in all a great starter rack. Now adays there are better options for the money with greater compatability, but at that time, in that place, it was perfect for getting me started. 2x3 uprights, weird holes/spacing, 13?14?ga steel. I wasn't squatting 800lbs so it was fine.

Only have 560 loaded on it, all bumpers so so space is really more of an issue than weight capacity. Rolls around no problem For my uses it has been great, even holds those cap ez-curl bars that show up. For a while I'd use the side of it with my safety squat bar to do calf raises.

This was my second purchase after my bench. I've had them for 2-3 years now and have never had an issue. Weight selection is smooth with a solid click. Knurling isnt very aggresive, it's not cap bad, but it's no ohio bar. The only pain I've experienced is occasionally reracking after gassing out if you only have 1 plate in the cradle it is easy to knock over, which becomes problematic. I have never dropped these so I can't speak to the customer service or durability beyond normal use, but these haven't failed me yet. I'd be tempted to take a star away since there is plastic inside, but it hasn't caused me any issues.

Excellent attachment for all sorts of movements. Fantastic angles for curls, tricep work, even lat pull in a pinch. The rotation is smooth. Everything about it is comfortable. It is just slightly heavier than one would expect. Would recommend

Great stabilizers and short enough to not be in the way. Also, you can mount your rep belt squat between them. Comes with longer mounting hardware. Big fan

Shockingly good safety squat bar. Helped me immensly while rebuilding my squat depth, if I had one gripe about the bar is that one of the handles always seems to be loose. I suppose I could use lock-tight on it.

The rack: It's a 75mmx75mm (3x3) 26mm (1inch) hole, 4 post rack with dual weight stacks in a very similar layout as the ares 2.0. Pulley routing is closer to the Athena. The guide rods for the stacks are hollow (will be sourcing solid replacements there). It does suffer from twisting cables like others and when it gets too twisted the weight selector rod can rub in the weight stack. (There are ways to mitigate, I tend to check the cables as part of weekly gym cleaning) The powder coating is generally quite good, though there are 2 spots I've seen where there was a bit of a scuff, likely from shipping. The smith machine is a typical 55lb bar, no counter weight. It moves smooth enough. The lowest point it gets is about a foot off the floor. We use it exclusively for calf raises and hip thrusts. The rack is just over 90 inches. Due to it's configuration most non-us-spec attachments fit. It's inside width is 41 inches so all of reps attachments fit (including thier belt squat) The alibaba experience: I found this one, which was laid out exactly how I wanted, The company I worked with appeared (and was) legitimate and advertised alibabas assurance program. Took them about 3 weeks to build to my spec (increased weight stacks, different pulleys, etc). I made sure to set up the shipping as a ddp. So door to door which included the last stretch logistics company with liftgate truck and forklift dolly. Ordered it in late October and it arrived in early January. I was able to track it the whole way. The person I worked with was great about answering question (and I asked a lot of questions). It was a gamble but it paid off. I've been very impressed with how it turned out. Is it as smooth, premium, or well built as a rep or rogue? No. But it beat the heck out of my old major lutie rack.

Recently upgraded from the balanceform daily essential bumpers to these. Gave them a wash with some mild dishsoap and water to strip the manufacturing oil. They are wonderfully grippy in the hands, weight is spot on, they look increadible, and they have a lifetime warranty. Recently scoop up 560 lbs during the tarrif sale. That plus the customer service experience has made me a repeat customer. Would buy again
