Love using this for Bench. A multigrip bar has saved my shoulders and the extra depth is nice. Build quality is very good.

My first power rack. Had the short guy for my basement since I had very low ceilings. Worked great but once I moved, I updated to a 3x3.

Probably most people's gateway drug into adjustable dumbbells. They worked fine for what they were but for sure a cheap option.

I never hit buy so fast in my life...but I also never used them as they are kind of dumb. But look sweet.
