Works as intended. Nice piece to have around for grip training or if you have a misc pulley floating around and want to some diy magic.

Black Widow/Dean does amazing shit. I needed a short horn due to some spacing issues and Dean had just what I needed and the spider on the end look cool.

Nice way to train for farmers walks. Can load them up but somewhat limited space unless you have calibrated or weight it out plates.

Grabbed these and they have already saved me. Was benching and using my deep dish plates...but they were turned in and the lip got caught on one of the bolts of the safety so while they tried to kill me, they also saved me when I couldn't lift it.

My first roller j cups. They seem to work as intended. The angled lip is kinda annoying but overall, they get the job done.

Got these in blue to match the vibe of the gym and then realized they were blue ball danglers. So...yeah. But they feel great in the hand and Darko does great work.
