This is for REPPINs and kettle bell I Andrew Garrison was the OG DIY, basically a harbor freight ICON cart take the wheels off use leftover horse stall mat to tilt the rear forward and also left over to line the cart itself.

I have been using this thing for 5 years, you will start to look like the guy on the photo no doubt about it, it’s actually a pretty nice ab wheel

This is a good Plyo box but I sold it as I didn’t think it was worth the space it took, it is super heavy as well.

Looks nice feels nice I have only one tiny 10 pounder that they gave me free at the REP Showroom when my daughter kept carrying it around

I like it great grip for curling it is long but for the price best option

Does it a job it’s basic but heavy duty there’s better out there

Great for back rehab I use weights on the front legs when I go heavy as it rocks
