This is a good Plyo box but I sold it as I didn’t think it was worth the space it took, it is super heavy as well.

I like it great grip for curling it is long but for the price best option

Does it a job it’s basic but heavy duty there’s better out there

Great for back rehab I use weights on the front legs when I go heavy as it rocks

Got it for 30 bucks when Eric Bugenhagen was amping it up it works also works as a heavy duty Ab roller

I use on the Blackwing it dos the job with a cable stack for curls or DB. Only option around

Also go with cheap pegboard .com they are wayyy cheaper and some of them have minor defects but always functional
