I have had 2 one ripped by my own fault they are really easy to load with sand, would recommend letting the sand dry and use rubber mulch if you want to lighten up and keep the weight.

I got these bastards kids use them cause they are not strong enough for the rogue clamp style so they have a use

Nice rope to be honest I barely use it I suck at jump rope and haven’t found the time to work on it

I got the USA ones these have taken a backseat to my Reppins to be honest I use them time to time though still they are built really well

Love these bands I have a huge variety they normally run sales and stack with mass10 for your pleasure I use them for all sorts of banded work I would say the orange,reds and greys do most of the work

These are cool to switch up training, I haven’t used them recently but they are really well made and durable

This is great for face pulls, tricep work and ab work. This is a daily driver in my gym

I think this is really a tank, but is overrated for cardio unless you have a ton of space I sold it off
