This is really cool for training grip. I got it more for grip training by lifting with a pin but I think doing tricep extensions is also a cool use with it which also trains grip.

My wife loves the kickstand added to her belt squat. It is very helpful to not have to start at bottom and do a squat to get started with your reps. She found the stand to be a little short and she is using a block of wood under it to give it just the right height which you can see under it in this picture. The block of wood came from amazon and is 4 inches by 4 inches.

I sold these. I really did not like them. They were not magnetic for one and really the issue was I felt they were too tight to easily slide onto the sleeve and lock easily.

These are great because you can attach the ski to your rack. This was my first option but in the end it did not work but I left them on after getting and attaching the floor stand. I will say not only can you attach to rack but it is super easy to quickly detach it and roll it away and quickly attach it back with the great quick release option.

This is cool. I have been trying to get different kinds of grip training tools and this one is interesting because it is pinch grip. I like it but it will take me a lot more work to pick up any decent weight with it. This is well made and looks cool.

These are good foam rollers. They were shipped for free so cost was good on them. I find them very firm.

This is great for helping with back. I am wearing it during the day sitting at my computer and it helps push my shoulders back. Good for posture. I think this one is strong enough but we will see if I think I need the stronger version.

This is pretty cool. I was not really sure about it but it really works. This is a good training tool to help with bench.
