This was a great price from rep. I am not doing strongman training but this would work but I did want this to help with grip training and it works well.

Solid tricep rope. This is pretty standard equipment. Do really like using them for overhead tricep extensions.

My wife is a fan of these. A good value from rep. She likes to throw these movements in while doing a circuit of other exercises.

This is very useful for when we have to do some floor exercises in the gym and this is soft compared to the horse stall mats.

These were useful to solve storage problem for me. Since you an attach them to any 3x3 1 inch hole upright makes them versatile. I used them on the back of my fringe sport walrus to store my dip handles.

These are a great add on for my open trap bar. We wanted to use the trap bar on deadlift platform but did not want weight plates on the wood so these worked great to push the plates out past the wood. Be aware they do weight to the bar.

Great product with a great design. This makes cleaning bar so much easier.

My wife is a big of the bike. It uses ifit for classes etc. She liked features of this bike like it being controlled remotely during workout. She was able to change seat and pedals to use her clip ins.
