Out of all my bars this is my favourite, Its my go to for everything, pressing, rack pulls, squat, landmine work, I don't baby it and its held up great for the last 5 years

Probably my most used piece, since getting this the Bikerg and Rowerg get little use, battery last ages, the track is nice and wide for me (and I'm wide) theres loads of photos of it in use, so heres a photo of it fitting in my Nissan Navara

I don't do much Olympic lifting but decided to get these to add a bit of colour to the space, great quakity and dont get marked up that easy

Love this tack, Although I will say if I was to do it again I may go for the smaller RM-3 as my gym isn't too big. but its gone from just bare to being the hub for all my attachments and everything seems to fit it from other brands.

I don't use this alot for what It's meant, I just ordered it when I done a big Rogue order and liked the colour. The knurling is quite passive, espically as its cerakoat. But no rust and a nice bar to use.

Like the hooks, I got 2 multi packs as I'm in Europe and we cant order directly only thro Amazon, If I was to do it in america I'd buy 1 multi pack and then see what I like and order individuals hooks after.

Mostly using this for seal rows and found it fits bang centre of the Rogue Monster rack, I dont bother screwing the 2 thumb screws in to attach it to the seat as it feels sturdy enough.

Only got these and find them great, need to do a better job aranging things but it will become an ongoing project
