Got these as part of a grip pack. Wasn't essential needing them but they stand up great to my CoC and RB ones so I leave them in the car for when im on the go

I don't do a whole lot of grip work so had no problem going cheap on this. Does everything id expect it to and welds look like they'll hold more than anyone could ever lift on this

You could hold a bridge up with the cable, fun to use but by no means practical

Usually dump the sandbag and a kettle bell into it for some dragging, it has some composite decking skids on the bottom which work great not to scratch the ground up with the screws

Mostly use it for rehab stuff, mimicking leaver arms and bridging the gap for grip attachments

Nothing fancy, gets the job done, knurling is minimal

Simple piece, does what it says, built strong enough for anything ill ever lift on it

Have had this in the gym for over 10 years, the inner tube did twist a bit under heavy load but it didn't stop it working, light and very compact, sat on a shelf whilst not in use
