Love this for short breaks beside the computer, helps get the wrists moving and bloodflow to the hand, not sure how well it does all the things they state it does

Had this in the gym for 12 years and there was no issue with it, Upgraded to the RM4 which is the far end of the spectrum, but would have no issues recommending this

I've had this bench for 18 years and only recently sold it, it got me through without any issues, in later years it wasn't as steady as its better days, but it served me well. simple to adjust and the pad held up good.

I was looking to get this for Nighthawk, I tested it out at the REP UK Launch and it felt loose when connected. I decided not to buy it and the V2 had just been announced which addressed my issues. whilst much more for the V2, I decided to go with that

Got the chance to use this at the REP UK Launch. I have the Assault runner pro and use it daily, This didn't feel as good to run on as the Assault, but not too far off, my biggest issue was the track felt narrower. But for what it lacks there it makes up for the resistance, that felt great, and if I was buying again REP would be getting my money

Purposely picked up the REP Utility Seat for this and it works a treat. It fits bang in the centre of the RM4 and its easy to dial in for use with the J cups and safeties. I also have an adjustable bench, but got this to get rid of my other flat bench, and also use this for seal rows
