Nothing fancy, gets the job done, knurling is minimal

Simple piece, does what it says, built strong enough for anything ill ever lift on it

Have had this in the gym for over 10 years, the inner tube did twist a bit under heavy load but it didn't stop it working, light and very compact, sat on a shelf whilst not in use

Love this for short breaks beside the computer, helps get the wrists moving and bloodflow to the hand, not sure how well it does all the things they state it does

Had this in the gym for 12 years and there was no issue with it, Upgraded to the RM4 which is the far end of the spectrum, but would have no issues recommending this

I've had this bench for 18 years and only recently sold it, it got me through without any issues, in later years it wasn't as steady as its better days, but it served me well. simple to adjust and the pad held up good.

I was looking to get this for Nighthawk, I tested it out at the REP UK Launch and it felt loose when connected. I decided not to buy it and the V2 had just been announced which addressed my issues. whilst much more for the V2, I decided to go with that
